A floating locket is a glass pendant that holds small floating charms. Most floating lockets are magnetic or twist top.

Magnetic Lockets: Open and close like a book and are held closed with strong magnets.

Twist Top Lockets: Open and close by twisting the face of the locket


Floating charms are placed inside floating lockets. There are so many different charms to choose from. Each charm represents something important to you.... a special memory, an important event in your life, or you can even add the people you love the most (with our picture charms).

The charms are meant to "float" inside the locket so they will move around.

Please send the picture for the charm before or immediately after placing an order. We are on a short deadline to ship your order and will need to start working on it as soon as possible. You may send the picture through an Etsy convo or email.

Pictures that are of higher resolution will work best, however we can use almost any picture. Please do not crop the image before you send it to us. We will crop the image and send you a copy of it for your approval.

We can change the picture to black and white or even crop a specific person out of the picture. We will also do simple photo editing. However, we are not able to remove the background or fix blurry pictures ect...

We are only able to use your personal pictures. We will not be able to create a charm or plate for you using logos or any image that has copyright.

Customizing your order is very easy. You may send us a message through Etsy or directly to our email address. (For detailed instructions please see above.)

Simply attach the picture(s) that you would like us to use and include any special requests (birthstone choices, change picture to black and white, crop a specific person ect...)

We will crop the image for you and send you the cropped version for your approval. Once you have approved we will start working on your order.

Please send us a message and include the set that you are interested in. Include what you would like to change and we will create a custom order for you with the exact items you would like. (We will need to make sure we have the items in stock and that they will fit inside the locket). There will be a $3 additional charge for this service.

Please do not purchase the set first and then ask us to change something. It is very difficult to make sure that you get everything that you want if we do not create the custom order for you.

We know how important it is for you to receive your items as soon as possible. So we work hard to make sure that items are shipped on time. Normally we ship within 1 business day if you are NOT receiving a custom item. Please allow 3 business days for processing custom orders (once we have received your picture and have your approval to start your order).

Please make sure that we have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if there is a problem with the address we received.

We package orders very carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Items are placed in small jewelry bags and placed into a cotton filled gift box. (We do not put the charms/plates inside the locket unless you request that we do so.)

All orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer or small shipping box and tracking information will be available.

We offer flat rate shipping. Please add all the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. They will all ship for one low price.

Handle with care: The glass on your locket is fragile and can break. If your locket is magnetic, do not open it too far.

Avoid water: Just like any jewelry product always remove your locket before entering water. Do not shower, bathe, swim, ect... while wearing your locket. Our charms and plates are water resistant but they are not waterproof.

Remove: Take off your locket when cleaning or using harsh products and avoid extreme heat or cold.

Clean: You may wipe your locket with a clean damp cloth.

No, we do not ship internationally.

Yes. We do accept returns for items that are NOT custom made. We must be contacted within 7 business days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund for the cost of the item only (we do not refund original shipping charges).

Our lockets must be handled with care. They contain glass and if dropped or mishandled they may break. We are not responsible for replacing a locket once it has been used.
