I immediately reached out to the owner and she agreed to replace the ones that were damaged from the oil in the chocolate they arrived on time and everyone at our event said how good the chocolate was! It was very good chocolate! Picture was good quality and even with the issue we had with the heat, I was very pleased.

I was super worried about the chocolates being a complete melted mess because the tiny ice pack they included was totally thawed and the package was warm, but luckily everything was still semi-solid. A little soft, but at least not totally melted.
