She also makes sure to check that we received the package. The little extras (in addition to the great exchange): fast delivery, well-packaged shoes, and a small gift. Don't hesitate any longer if that's the case! 😘

5 out of 5 starsThe trainers were as described and more. Beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Also altered with wedding dates and flower changes. I did have issues with item being processed and delivery. Due to an apparent flood that I was only told about after chasing nearly 2 months after purchase. Also didn’t have shoes I initially asked for so had to change them. Items turned up just in time for my wedding but communication could have been better and saved a lot of stress on a soon to be bride. Would still recommend as the shoes are fab but be aware of time frames and would message for updates to avoid possible issues.
