Our Story
Little did I know that a hobby I started as a stay-at-home Mom would turn into a career that would allow me the best of both worlds! My creative interests in designing items with a personal touch led to something I love to do, design and embroider personalized, custom and seaonal made to order items!
It all started over 20 years ago when I embarked on a professional career as a Customer Service Representative at one of the first Call Centers in the US. Looking back, my training in the business standards of Service, Quality and Price have become the entire foundation of building Custom Craft Nook.
My husband and I now run our business full time with other family members helping out as well. A part time hobby has become a full fledged business that allows us to work with friends and family as well as challenging our creative interests.
I’m elated knowing that first and foremost, customer service is and continues to be our #1 priority. It’s said that 90% of customers feel customer service is the most important attribute in choosing a company’s product and we have that in our forefront each and every day.
