If you are not happy with your item for any reason, please contact us. We value you as our customer and would love a chance to resolve any issues prior to you leaving poor feedback. We do accept refunds on non-custom orders as long as the item is returned (at customer's expense) within 14 days of receipt of item.

I accept payment through Etsy's Direct Checkout, which accepts all major debit/credit cards, as well as Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
Items listed as "Ready to ship", I will ship within 2 business days via USPS or UPS. Items that are made to order have varied production times that will be specified in the listing's shipping information. On custom orders the shipment time frame may vary, but will be confirmed at time of purchase. We often use recycled cardboard and/or packaging. But don't worry, we take extra time to pack each item carefully so you receive your item in perfect condition as expected.

We only ship to continental United States. Sorry - no international shipments.
