HOW CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM BULK ORDER?

We would love to help you with your custom bulk orders! Just reach out to us.

Simply click the "Contact Us" button and share your order details or the vision you have in mind.


If your design isn't fully finalized yet, don't worry! We can work together to perfect it for your items.
Once the design process is complete, we will send you a mockup for your approval.


After you approve the mockup, we will schedule production based on your order quantity and offer you the best possible pricing. We are always happy to provide discounts for bulk orders!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our production/processing time is 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping is estimated at 2–5 business days, depending on the service selected.

Express shipping takes 1–3 business days once shipped.


During busy seasons, especially holidays and special occasions, small delays may happen due to increased order volume. Each item is carefully made with attention to detail, and we never rush your order.
We suggest placing your order 1–2 days earlier than usual during peak times.


For custom-made items, cancellations or changes to the product, color, or design must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, your order moves quickly into production.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Yes, you can absolutely change your address before your order has been shipped.
Please let us know the correct address as soon as possible.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we can no longer make changes to the address.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All of our items are custom-made specifically to order.

Because your items are personalized and made just for you, you can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of your purchase.
After this timeframe, your order goes into production.

Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
