Exactly what I wanted and as depicted!
I've landed far from where I began.
Pink and Lime Designs began under the name of "Custom Gift Creations" in January of 2012....all because I was inspired by an upcycled t-shirt scarf on Pinterest. Seriously.
Once I began making t-shirt scarves, I couldn't stop! I just kept looking for new designs and styles, which took me into headbands, which led to wreaths. (You might be asking yourself what the connection is between headbands and wreaths. There are none. I had a bit of 'Design ADD.')
This led into monogrammed coffee tumblers and sippy cups. And then it happened: I found my product. The product to end all products during the "Chevron Frenzy" stage: A monogrammed chevron scarf. Apparently, I timed the introduction of my product quite well. It was November 2012, so people were obviously looking for Christmas gifts. Now please keep in mind that I am a school counselor/psychological examiner during the day - so this is not my full time job. Therefore, you can imagine how overwhelmed I was when I went from a few orders a month to almost 300 orders in one WEEK. This one little product went viral on Pinterest and the customers kept pouring in.
At this point, it was obvious to me that people LOVE monogrammed items. I had always seen certain monogrammed items that I wish I could make but thought they were way out of my league. I thought wrong. I did my research, bought the equipment, and the rest - as they say - is history.
Now, I am specializing in sublimation products. iPhone/iPad cases, clothing, luggage tags, mousepads, cutting boards, coasters, and much more. It is quite obvious that my 'Design ADD' never really went away, but now...I just consider it to be "organized chaos." It works for me.
....and so evolved Pink and Lime Designs. I figured..."new products/new brand." Everything worth anything evolves and grows over time, and my shop is no different.
Thanks for taking the time to read a little about my shop. If you have any questions or just want to say "hi," drop me a line via Etsy conversations. Hope to hear from you soon!

Pink and Lime Designs accepts payment via Direct Checkout with any major credit card. We also accept payment through Paypal. Note that you can use your credit card through Paypal without having to set up a Paypal account.
I use USPS for most deliveries. If you would like for your item to ship through another carrier, please contact me before making your purchase. Insurance is available upon request, but the shipping price will need to be adjusted so please let me know before checkout if you would like to request insurance.
If an item has been lost in the mail, the buyer is ultimately responsible for contacting the carrier and will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address to Etsy. Shipping labels are printed directly from Etsy's domain and any address changes made after purchase cannot be guaranteed.
►► TURNAROUND TIME ◄◄
Almost all of the items in my shop are custom made. Please be aware that I do have a separate full-time job, so my turnaround time might not be as fast as some other shops. However, I will always have a current turnaround time listing in my shop announcement. If, for some reason, your item does not ship during the time allotted in the announcement, then a discount will be coming your way!
If you do not provide all of the information requested in the listing, the posted turnaround time will be null and void, and there is a good chance your item is going to be delayed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the ENTIRE listing thoroughly so that the order can be completed successfully.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item is damaged when you receive it, please send me a message with a photo attached of your damaged item. Please save all packing materials so that you may file a claim with the carrier if needed.
Due to the personalized nature of my items, I do not typically accept refunds. However, there are exceptions to every rule. If I feel the reason is valid, then I will issue a refund. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with your item(s), I must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the order and delivery confirmation. If there is a mistake on my part, I will absolutely replace the item. If an item is defective, I will request verification of the defect via return or photo. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to work with you, but please remember that each item is made to order which makes it difficult to accept returns or provide refunds.
►► CANCELLATION POLICY ◄◄
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please do so as soon as possible. Since each item is custom and personalized, I cannot sell it to anyone else once it has been made. Therefore, any cancellations made more than 1 hour after the order was submitted may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. If the item has already been shipped, the order will not be cancelled.
Additional policies and FAQs
A digital proof of your customized item will be available only upon request but will extend the posted turnaround time. All product proofs that have not been approved within seven days of being sent out for approval are subject to being sent without buyer approval . Buyer products will be sent based on exact proof descriptions sent to the seller from the buyer. Since my time is quite limited, I must give priority to current customers. This means that digital proofs will only be offered AFTER the purchase has been made. The buyer is allotted two free digital proofs per item. A $3.00 surcharge will be required for each digital proof thereafter.
►► BUYER/SELLER COMMUNICATION ◄◄
If I have a question about your order, I will send you an Etsy conversation. If no response is received within one week, I will prepare the item(s) using my recommended selections.
ALL communication needs to come through Etsy conversations. Please do not expect a reply or any requested action if you e-mail me at any address outside Etsy's domain.
►► OTHER INFORMATION ◄◄

If you do not want your item to be photographed for future promotions, please advise when you place your order. ALL PHOTOS AND DESIGNS SHOWN ARE PROPERTY OF PINK AND LIME DESIGNS AND MAY NOT BE REPRODUCED WITHOUT PERMISSION.

**When requesting monogram, PLEASE WRITE THE INITIALS IN THIS ORDER: first, LAST, middle; Ex: monogram- "K(G)H"(unless otherwise specified). INITIALS WILL BE PRINTED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE SENT. This is stated in the item description and in the shop policies. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the listing instructions and policies, and to provide the correct monogramming information during checkout.
~MONOGRAMMING FOR WOMEN~
A monogrammed item for a woman should include her first, middle and last initial or if she is married, her first, maiden (or middle) name, and married name initials. Traditionally, a woman's monogram is presented in first, LAST, middle initial order. So for Anna Kathryn Lee, her monogram would be: ALK (with the L being larger than the A and K).
~MONOGRAMMING FOR MEN~
For men's items, many people prefer to use the initials in the first, middle and last order - all in the same size. For these kind of items, the monogram for Alex Michael Lee would be: AML
~MONOGRAMMING FOR MARRIED COUPLES~
The married couple's monogram will contain the bride's first initial, the surname of the couple, and the groom's first initial, in that order. For example, Lyndsi and Alex Lee would be LLA (with the middle L being larger than the left L and the A)
~MONOGRAMMING FOR CHILDREN~
The same monogramming rules apply for children as for adults. Gifts for small children, both boys and girls traditionally follow the first, last, and middle initial order.
As the boy grows older, it will become more appropriate to move to the first, middle, last initial order for his monogram.
When giving a child a personalized item, it is important to consider where and how they will be using it. You may not want to put too much information on something a child will have in public when they are not in the company of a parent or another adult. For example, customers will often choose to use a monogram versus a name on something like a backpack.
