Overall good quality and it is real soft leather and fabric lined. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars... the upper strap portion wasn't sewn quite the same as the picture. My wife is a DD, so she fills it out nicely, but we had to cross it at the top of her breasts, and add a leather collar, to make it come together. All in all, it's a great product.
