5 out of 5 starsSeller should consider using UPS or FedEx for shipping. Item arrived days after the date initially promised in the tracking data. USPS is way too slow and unreliable. Otherwise, completely satisfied with the product. This is the 2nd mat I've ordered from this vendor.

5 out of 5 starsI had purchased a similar item about 4 years ago. It wore out and the covering ripped. This one seems a bit better made. I love the size of the font and the brightness of of flower accents.

5 out of 5 starsThe rug received was great quality. The personalization is clear and looks like a high quality job. The only drawback was that the gift arrived later than expected, but it was because of the shipping delays associated with the cold weather that hit the East Coast this year. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product to any other GOT fans out there.

Once delivered, I received the following text message: “Your niece is going to lose her mind!” Score points for Uncle. The pillow was amazing. I actually purchase these for both of my nieces as they’re both into unicorns and rainbows and they absolutely love their pillow! Was a great gift and shipped super fast - way quicker than anticipated!

How long will it take to receive my personalized jewelry item?
Custom jewelry is handmade-to-order. Please allow production time of 1-2 days, and shipping/delivery time of 3-5 days depending on your location in the United States.
Can I return my personalized jewelry item?
I do not accept returns for custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this is the case, simply contact me and send me a picture. I'll either issue a refund or send a new item, based on your preference.
Why are the sequins on the mermaid pillows hard to move initially?
The sequins on our mermaid pillows are sewn-on fairly tight with thread. The more you move the sequins back and forth, the looser the threading will become. Therefore, the more fun you have swiping your sequin pillow back and forth, the better it will be!
Why is there white showing around the text/image on my mermaid pillow?
Initial printing of the text/image will show the text without a large amount of white in the text. Sequins never go back to the same spot after being moved, so it's impossible for the text to be completely filled-in after the initial moving of the sequins.
Why can I see the text/image through the secondary color on my mermaid pillow?
Sequins do not lay completely flat so when you are looking at the pillow from below the sequins, you will see the text.
Typically this is noticed when you hold the pillow slanted or lay the pillow on a table. Sitting on a couch you will not see as much text/image showing since the eye line is above the sequin.
