Game-Beforehand I will be having a 1st birthday photo shoot & printing the pictures out. 1st place gets 1st choice and so on. It's a great idea to keep people busy during the party &a great way/gift to say thank you for coming. Great for any age or event!

Making sure you're not disappointed

It's funny - all of this money in debt, for several degrees and I'm not using any of it. I'm doing something I enjoy more, putting smiles on others faces by helping someones special day become even more special as best as I can. I've traveled many places and have seen many styles. However, since my son was born in April of 2013, lets just say traveling around the world is no longer as easy, then add our little girl that was just born in June 2016..now we have quite the busy household!

I can't complain, I'd have it no other way - working from home and having my little ones around me 24/7 (who am I kidding, a little more ME time is a must for all Moms). But my little man is the reason I am now selling on etsy and have an amazing growing business!

I've dabbled in web design here and there. I came on here in March 2014 to order something for my sons first birthday party. I filled out what they asked, made my requests, not only were they all ignored but it took nearly 2 weeks to get my file and there was nothing personable about the transaction. It was like a thanks for your money, now take this and go away.

I then realized, why the heck did I just pay for something I can create myself? That is when I started my etsy store. If I get an order and I can get right to it, I do. I don't like to keep anyone waiting. But of course I have had to set work hours, so I do get my family time in (see shop announcement for these). My goal is to also make sure no one walks away disappointed, these after all are called CUSTOM files, right? So that's what we'll do together, customize your file to be perfect just for you! Samples are always sent first before finals, to make sure it has your 100% approval!

I started in kid designs, mainly the birthday style chalkboards. But as you can see by browsing through my shop my business has grown into much more than just that. I do it all now..weddings, birth announcements, birthday parties (kids and adults), holidays, showers, business signs and almost anything you can print we can make!

Not accepted unless something is damaged. All items are inspected and photographed before shipment to prevent a customer receiving damaged goods
-due to the fact we never restock the same item to always keep it fresh, each item usually only has 1-2 of each in a specific size and is sold as new and never worn. So we cannot accept an item back that has been tried on and doesn’t fit, as we could not resell it after it being worn by another
-if an item is damaged we need to be notified with pictures within 72 hours of receiving the item and depending on how the damage came about would determine the next steps
-if damaged by USPS a claim would need to be filed
-if a return is granted under certain circumstances the buyer would be responsible for return shipping

Due to the custom nature of my products there are no refunds. But rest assured I won't send you a final product until it's done 110% to your liking, as samples are sent first. Note though certain changes will incur additional fees. If you want another layout done other than one purchased and worked on you will have to purchase another layout. Extra customization requests cost additional fees (these are outlined in each description) Same goes on if you change your mind about a layout. Once orders are worked on no refunds will be granted. All layouts have sample pics so you already know what it will look like. All final files are kept for 14 days after purchase. After that they are deleted and if changed are needed the item needs to be repurchased.

We cannot be held responsible for a customers computer errors or issues, we will do our best to walk you through any computer issues you're having. We also cannot be responsible for a customer not reading what they are buying. We do not hide the fact these are digital files, it is listed in many places front & center (top of receipt in capital letters, top of description of every item & many other places), it is not hidden in fine print. So once an order is started, there will not be any refunds.

Why choose us?

We give you more than any other shop does for your purchase! Items with a chalkboard background will come with SEVERAL backgrounds to choose from (from plain black to real chalky). We also send free 8x10 sizes of every purchase. In addition many orders when we send samples we will send the name/title in different fonts and colors to choose from, so you have more choices then you paid for! No other shop does this!

Please keep in mind these are all courtesy services to make sure you're 100% impressed with our shop, these aren't included in the pricing :)

Why do I need to pay extra to change colors or add graphics?

When you purchase a layout, you are paying for our time to create and personalize it for you. All layouts are currently priced as a fill in basis. To a customer something like changing colors may sound simple, however in the process time it can almost double it and in some instances custom requests can triple or quadruple the time it takes to make. For us to double/triple the price would not make it very reasonable for customers, so instead we just require small custom fees to be applied.

I love this layout but would like it in a different color and different graphics added, is this possible?

Absolutely! With layouts we can do pretty much anything you like.
Yes we can change colors. Yes we can change graphics/themes. Yes the categories can be changed. Yes these can be made for any age or gender. We are the YES people when it comes to customer service. HOWEVER, to make certain changes in most layouts does require an additional fee. For instance to change colors, graphics or go over limitations outlined in the description will require adding to cart as "custom" from the style drop down menu. To change two of these things requires adding to cart as "double custom" from the style drop down menu on a listing.

What is a category?

If we say “choose one category to be highlighted on the bottom and 4 to be highlighted on the sides.” By category we mean things like: nicknames, favorite songs, favorite books, favorite shows, date of birth, special quotes, “I Can” or “I am,” favorite foods, best friends, first word or words that can be said, favorite time of day, favorite game, firsts and anything else you can think of. Those are all examples of different types of categories.

A category is a topic you want to put in a specific area. When choosing a category for a layout, make sure your answers are equivalent in size to the sample or else you must pay a custom fee to reformat the layout to make your extra text fit.

I ordered, now what?

Please always read the description of each item thoroughly. In the description it will inform you of the information we need and limitations of that layout. As every layout is different in the amount and type of information that it holds. The information needed will be found in the description of the item you're purchasing and you then just write that in notes to seller during checkout.

If you forgot to do so, feel free to message or email us with the information! Then from there just wait for us to send you a sample! Please make sure to read your receipt and the description of the product you purchase, to ensure everything is done correctly and will allow you to receive your files quicker.

What if I need changes after you send final files?

It is important to know that we only keep final files for 14 days. This is the version that we can physically edit (psd files). You may ask us to keep it for a bit longer if need be, but make sure to ask this before the time period is up. However, the download links we send with the JPEG files (these cannot be edited) may be available for you to download for up to 60 days after purchase if asked. We reserve the right to delete files after the 14 day period.

Once a sample is approved and finals are sent, if a change is needed there are fees for this. Instructions are sent with your final files on how to make changes/costs. But changes must be requested within the 14 day period or you will have to repurchase the layout again

Once I have the final files, what do I do?

Don't worry we aren't just going to send you the file and leave you to figure it out on your own! When we send final files we send extensive and detailed instructions on how and where to get it printed, various ways to have it printed and our personal suggestions. You can print digital files at any local photo shop - walgreens, staples, walmart, office depot and thousands of places online as well.

Will I receive an actual chalkboard?

NO. As noted on the top of every description (not hidden in fine print), in policies, shop announcement, top of receipts and numerous other places "these are digital files only and nothing is shipped."

These are just meant to look like they are on a chalkboard. As there are chalkboard like fonts used and when we send final files we will send multiple chalkboard backgrounds with your file to choose from.

What is your return policy & Turn Around Time?

Due to the custom nature of these products there are no returns. Especially as these are digital files. Don't worry though, we will send you a sample to make sure everything is correct and just how you want it! But once you choose a sample and finals are sent if you need corrections after fees are required. Certain changes willincur additional fees if requiring extra customization or changing your mind on a layout style.
