How do your sizes fit?
Tees, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex. Baby Tees have a fitted, cropped cut. Measurements are in the size chart photos of every listing; for a roomier look, go one size up.
What are the shirts made of, and how do I wash them?
Tees, Baby Tees and Tank Tops are soft cotton. Sweatshirts and hoodies are a 50/50 cotton and polyester blend. Wash inside out in cold water, lay flat to dry and do not iron over the print.
Can I return or exchange?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a print mistake on our side, send a photo no later than 5 days after delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because each item is printed just for you, we cannot take it back for a different size or color, or for a typo in the personalization you entered.
How do I personalize my shirt?
Fill in every box exactly as you want it printed. We print it as written, so please check the spelling.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us in the first 3 hours after you order; after that your shirt may already be printing. For bigger sizes, style switches, extra prints or faster shipping, add Upgrade My Order.
What if a design uses my work?
Message us with the details and we will review it right away.
