I'm giving this item 5 stars because it was just as described and Joanna's customer service is amazing. Unfortunately I have to send the item back. As I stated in my last review, sizing by measurements isn't always accurate for me and that was the case with this garment. These sort of things happen sometimes and its a risk you take when purchasing online. Joanna does have a 3 day return policy so I emailed her and she's made the return process a breeze.

The jacket was just as described and fit perfect! Purchasing vintage online can be difficult at times, especially if sizing by measurements isn't always accurate for you (which is the case with me). Joanna helped me through out the process by quickly replying to each of my emails. She even checked in to make sure I received my package in good condition. Her customer service is superb and she has quickly become one of my favorite vintage vendors.
