I do take custom orders!
Payment is required upon check out.
We ship via first class USPS for smaller items. Insurance is not included. Delivery confirmation numbers will be provided for buyers in the United States.
We do ship internationally!
International buyers will be provided with a customs form number when their package is shipped. Customs form numbers are not tracking numbers, they only verify that the package has been shipped. Actual tracking costs usually cost way more than the item themselves. Insurance is not an option for first class international shipping.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MAY ENCOUNTER.
To save time, money and wear and tear on my car, I only ship out a couple days per week. Shipping days vary at the moment due to my schedule.
Refunds and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges. All items are described as best as possible and multiple photos are provided before purchase for most items. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail, once a package leaves my hands there's nothing more I can do to protect it.
Additional Policies and FAQs
While our items may be bright and colorful, they are NOT intended for children. They do contain small parts. Please do NOT purchase anything with the intention of giving it to a child unless it's one of our fleece caps.
CA residents will be charged sales tax.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do! We are NOT responsible for any customs fees international buyers may encounter.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 6 and 10 days, but in extreme cases, can take up to a month or more depending on your country's customs department
Q. Do you take custom orders/commissions?
A. All the time! Just send me a message with what you would like and I'll see what I can do for you
Q. I'm a blogger, will you be willing to send me free stuff for review?
A. At this time I'm not really doing that. Maybe at a later date.
Q. Do you do wholesale orders/give discounts if I buy more than 1 item?
A. Not really. Since each item is made by hand, I'm still investing the same amount of time and materials into each product.
Q. Will you tell me where you got your supplies or give me a tutorial on how to make the items you sell?
A. No. It has taken me countless hours of research, trial and error, and even years of learning different languages to be able to find supplies all over the world as well as teach myself how to make the items you see in my shop.
A Note About Our Sweets Jewelry
-Not intended for small children.
-We know it looks yummy, but do NOT eat the jewelry.
-Our cupcake rings and necklaces have been drop tested and are rather sturdy but please be careful with them.
-Parfait necklaces are more delicate than our cupcake jewelry so please be careful! Do NOT drop them!
-If a ring comes off it's base, it can be fixed with glue. The same goes for parfait cups.
-Do not immerse cupcake bases in water!
-To clean the cream, just wipe with a damp paper towel.
