*CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE AVAILABLE IN MY SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT.
Current processing times after cleared payment are in my Shop Announcement.
*I CURRENTLY ACCEPT PAYPAL AND ETSY DIRECT CHECKOUT. With Etsy Direct Checkout you can use your Etsy Gift Card or a credit/debit card.
*E-CHECKS TAKE UP TO A WEEK TO CLEAR. I will not prepare your order until payment clears.
*I SHIP FIRST CLASS via USPS. I do not control handling times, handling practices, or customs once the item has shipped. In the United States shipping takes 2-5 days. Delivery Confirmation is added to every order. I use lots of bubble wrap to protect your order.
*I DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING UPGRADES AT THIS TIME.
*PLEASE USE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING. I will not reship your order to another address.
*PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR DELAYED SHIPPING TIMES IN CASES OF SEVERE WEATHER AND THE HOLIDAYS. Sometimes USPS does not operate in cases of severe weather. This is out of my control. Holidays usually see higher volumes of mail and may cause an added delay for your parcel.
*YOUR FULL NAME IS NECESSARY FOR ME TO SHIP YOUR ITEM.
*SHIPPING CAN TAKE FROM 2-8 WEEKS.
*I WILL NOT MARK YOUR ORDER AS A "GIFT."
*YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES INCURRED.
*PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME ASKING WHERE YOUR ITEM IS. Tracking typically ends when the parcel departs the United States. I will not refund you for a lost item until AT LEAST 8 weeks have passed since shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
*PLEASE ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE. I DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES ON ITEMS OR REFUNDS FOR THE WRONG SIZE.
There are some circumstances where I am no longer offering refunds:
* IN CASE OF IT BEING STOLEN. It is your responsibility for the item once it has been marked "Delivered." This is a common scam. I have no way of knowing if you actually have the item or not. I will no longer be refunding stolen packages.
* IN CASE OF WRONG/CHANGED ADDRESS. I use the address you give me. I cannot change the shipping address once it is mailed out. I will no longer be refunding/reshipping orders which have the wrong address.
I will typically replace/refund broken items as well as lost parcels. Please message me if you have problems.
*REFUNDS (IF GRANTED) WILL BE GIVEN TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED. For example, I will not refund you in PayPal if you used an Etsy Gift Card. I will never refund you in cash. *Please hold onto your debit gift cards after purchase, in case you need a refund.
Additional Policies and FAQs
*ALL JEWELRY IS SOLD IN PAIRS. "1 available" = 1 PAIR.
*ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE. Please make sure your jewelry is the correct size before you buy; double-flared plugs will need fully-healed piercings to accommodate the flare. I always include the imperial and metric measurements for accuracy and to reduce confusion.
*PLEASE LEAVE 5-STAR FEEDBACK. Contact me with any problems you have, I'm more than happy to help.
Please do not write to me or purchase from my Etsy store if you do not agree with my prices or practices.
