Welcome to Cute Things from Japan! My name is Ayako. I am a Japanese stay-at-home mom with 1 year old daughter. I started this shop in 2014 in hope of helping my penpals living overseas who are looking for some cute craft and planner supplies from Japan.

In 2015, my sister joined Cute Things from Japan. Her baby boy was born with hydrocephalus that requires attention and daily home rehabilitation, so we decided to work together at my house while taking care of her boy.

We are truly very thankful that we can work from home with our children, and we know we cannot do this without your kind support. So thank you very much. You can simply choose from two FLAT RATE shipping methods: FLAT Standard Shipping WITHOUT tracking & insurance ($3.90) or FLAT Registered Mail WITH tracking & insurance ($8.00). Free Standard Shipping is available for order over US$50 excluding shipping (check shop announcement for coupon code).

As we are full-time mother during the day and weekends, and sometimes my sister has to stay at the hospital with my nephew for rehabilitation program for few weeks, our reply to your convos during these times may not be immediate, but we will try out best to reply you as soon as possible, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about my shop. :)

By the way, I only sell items that I approve their quality by actually having them in my hand and trying them at the stationery fair hosted by stationery makers for shop owners, so please feel confident with the quality of the items.
