Everything about this bucket is perfect. Absolutely adorable!!! It arrived within two days!! I filled it with homemade treats and wrapped it in cellophane & plan on giving it to a co-worker who is retiring this week. I love it!! The way you painted on his name came out fantastic. Thank You!! :)

For some products, Etsy calculates the shipping costs based on location.
The processing/shipping time frames on each product listing are an AVERAGE time frame and not guaranteed absolute. My busiest season is April-June and October-December. Depending on current product inventory, the number of orders in processing, and Federal holidays, the shipping time frame will vary. During the busiest Peak seasons, I will post an announcement/update on my main shop page with current creation/turnaround times. For Rush orders, please see below for information.
Rush Fee: There is a flat rush fee for orders requested within 5 business days. This fee is in addition to any expedited shipping costs to be paid by the customer. Rush Fees are as follows: (Fee based on product totals only-not products and shipping)
Orders Totaling $1-$100 is a $15 rush fee.
Orders Totaling $101-250 is a $25 rush fee.
Orders Totaling $251-500 is a $35 rush fee.
Orders Totaling $501 or more is a $50 rush fee.
For rush orders, no discounts will be offered effective November 8, 2012. A rush fee moves the order to the front of the line and priority. Before I can accept a Rush Fee Order, the customer MUST contact me for inventory availability to ensure I can fulfill the request.
I do ship internationally world wide and can calculate shipping costs on an individual basis. The customer will be responsible for any tariffs/taxes charged for shipping into other countries. Just contact me for pricing!
Refunds and Exchanges
I will be more than happy to replace product due to damage during shipping. I cover the cost of the product and the shipping. Photo documentation is required within 3 business days of receipt of product. I encourage customers to check their packages upon receipt for any issues. After 3 business days expires, the customer will need to reorder the product at the full cost with shipping fees.
If there is a problem with the quality of the product or materials, I will gladly offer solutions and replacements to correct the issue at no cost to the customer. Photo documentation is required within 3 business days of receipt of product. I encourage customers to check their packages upon receipt for any issues. After 3 business days expires, the customer will need to reorder the product at the full cost with shipping fees.
In situations where a customer has not updated their shipping address via Etsy: If a package is sent to an outdated address, the customer is responsible only for the extra shipping costs to reship the package to the correct address. I will wait for the product to be returned to me and then reship. For these situations, I will set up a custom listing for the shipping costs and they must be paid before the product will be reshipped. For situations where the product is not returned to me, from the incorrect address, the customer will need to repurchase the product at full cost with shipping, in addition to updating their shipping address.
Additional policies and FAQs
I can not begin to create an order until the order is placed and paid for. For customers that request special vinyl and/or products, payment is required before I will order the special supplies/products.
