    Returns and exchanges
    Digital download products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    On physical items, no refunds or returns on personalized/customized items. Eligible items can be returned for refund within 14 days of receiving the item or even exchange if returned within 14-30 days under the following conditions only:

    - I must be contacted first
    - Item is returned in the the same condition it was received
    - Return shipping costs are paid for by the buyer
    - Package needs to be shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation
    - Full refund (minus shipping) or exchange will take place after I have received the item

    Payment must be made at the time of purchase. No refunded on digital download products.
    Shipping
    Nothing will be shipped. All items are delivered digitally.
