Returns and exchanges
FOR SANITARY REASONS there are no returns on worn earrings. Please be aware of the materials and size of the item before ordering. The buyer is responsible for reading the description and for being cautious regarding metal sensitivities or allergies. Unused/unworn body jewelry can be returned for a refund or exchange and must be received in new condition, unopened and unused. Buyer pays return shipping for exchanges.

2. You can choose which method after you put the items in your cart and before you go to the checkout page.

3. You can pay with a check through PayPal.
Shipping
All orders placed will be processed and shipped in 24-48 business hours via USPS. We ship all items out in a strong, sturdy box with speedy delivery service.

Shipping is USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified. Priority and tracking are available by request and upcharge. International orders may take 6-8 weeks. No refunds or replacements will be given for orders, once tracking shows acceptance by USPS.

Domestic U.S. states will receive their order within 3-7 business days once processed.
We offer expedited shipping: For U.S. orders only - Add Priority Mail Rush Shipping (Delivers in 2-3 business days)

International orders will receive their order in 10-14 business days once processed.
We offer expedited shipping: For International orders only - Add Priority Mail Rush Shipping (Delivers in 3-7 business days) here

Note: Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt delivery transportation time. USPS notifies that there may be possible delays in shipment due to uncontrollable weather conditions and also, the holiday season with high volumes of shipment in transit. However, our store promises to ship out your order in a speedy manner for the quickest delivery to you possible. We hope the information helped.

Import/Custom duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Additional policies and FAQs
BROKEN/ DAMAGED ITEMS:

It is not recommended that our jewelry be worn in the water for extended periods of time or left in damp places.

Etsy will only cover your item for 3 months however, if an item breaks or is damaged within 6 months of purchase, please message us with a picture of your broken jewelry. Within this time frame we offer repairs, parts or a refund if required. Please message us before leaving feedback. We are less likely to take the time to offer a solution if feedback is left without communicating the issue with us. If you do not contact us, we have no way of knowing that there is a problem or rectifying the situation.

IN CASE OF STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the post, it is your responsibility. We have no way of telling whether the item was received, mis-shipped or stolen and we can no longer offer returns or exchanges if your item has been marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office as it is out of our control.

Please note: All items are designed, assembled or handmade by us. If you have an issue with your order upon receiving your item contact us BEFORE leaving feedback so that we have a chance to rectify the situation.
