Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will make every effort to rectify the problem. A conversation about your dissatisfaction allows me to address the issue. Please make contact with me before trying to problem-solve with negative feedback.

As stated before, refunds are not issued for your item not arriving in time for your event, unless I did not ship within the processing time of 5 business days after purchase.

For ready-made non-custom items, I will accept refunds/exchanges if I am notified first within 3 days of receipt. After a return is approved, please ship back using an insured shipping method. If the item returns damaged and without having been insured, I will deduct the damage cost from any exchange or refund amount.

For a refund, the buyer must pay for return shipping. For an exchange, the buyer must pay return shipping and exchange shipping. In either case, I must receive the returned items in their original packaging and in perfect, like-new condition. Once I have received the returned item and can confirm that it is in perfect condition, you will be refunded the cost of the item.

Custom orders are final sale. Sorry, no exceptions.

I do my very best to describe items thoroughly, including the size and color. I will not refund for size or color issues. In some cases exchanges can be made at your shipping cost.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal, all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of purchase and I begin working on your order immediately after payment is processed.

If paying with paypal, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal once your payment has gone through.

If you don't get a confirmation email, then something probably isn't right, and I probably haven’t gotten your order. Please double-check your PayPal account, and send me a message with any questions.
Shipping
FOR ALL ORDERS PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR PROCESSING (this doesn't not include shipping) AND ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS DOMESTIC MAIL.

Fulfilling your order is important to me, and I do my very best to have your item shipped within the stated processing time. Refunds are not issued for the item arriving after your event, so be sure to choose the proper shipping and order in plenty of time to receive it. Please note that USPS shipping times are their estimate, and I can not guarantee that your order will be delivered by them in that time. Also if questions are left in the purchase order - customer needs to be quick to respond within 1 to 2 days or if advised going on vacation or limited access to emails during the topper design. If after 2 days - the purchase will be fully refunded and transaction canceled.

Please refer to your Invoice for shipping date. By placing an order you state that you understand the difference between "shipping date", "processing time" and "transit time", and how upgrades are a way to get your order shipped to you sooner.

Orders will not be cancelled because customer did not read processing time prior to placing order.

I am not responsible if USPS missed your event date, or if you are not present to accept package and USPS needs to reschedule delivery, or if you did not place your order with sufficient lead time

You have Processing Upgrade options and Shipping Upgrade options, as well as planning accordingly (order with plenty of time). Simply upgrading your order does not guarantee arrival on time for your event.

INSURANCE
I promise to package your order with care and send it off to you on time or ahead of schedule. However, once I hand your package over to the Postal Service I can no longer be held responsible. Most orders make it to their destinations without any issues, but packages have been known to be delayed or lost. Insurance is available by request, to ensure coverage for your purchase.

3. Neighbors
4. Apt. manager's office, condo sales office, security desk, doorman
5. See if it's being held at the post office
6. Speak to the mail carrier
***Most of the time the package will be located at one of the 6 listed above.

CORRECT ADDRESS
Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. I cannot change your address once your order is placed. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned packages.

U.S ORDERS

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS DOMESTIC MAIL and can take up to 7 days to arrive in your mailbox. The toppers are packaged in a kraft envelope for shipping.

TRACKING
All US domestic orders come with a tracking. You can track your order through the USPS website, or directly through your order here on etsy. Please keep in mind that once I ship your item, I have no control over the shipping/delivery process. USPS has been known to not update tracking numbers, so just hang tight until that 1-3 business day shipping period, and if it hasn't been received after that, we can discuss further action.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
If you are an international customer please be aware that your country may charge you customs duties and taxes on your purchase. These duties and fees are your responsibility. These are fees that I cannot quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for. I only charge your for actual shipping fees. Returns and/or refunds will not be accepted due to customs fees.

TRACKING AND INSURANCE
We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Our default shipping method for International orders will be USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL International.
Additional policies and FAQs
Glitter Card Stock Paper does sprinkle glitter speckles off when opening topper packaging.

If questions left in the order notes of purchase - would require the customer to be quick to respond and within a day or two. If more than 2 days without being told by customer ( on vacation, etc) then purchase will be fully refunded and transaction to be canceled. This includes also no communication from customer after a purchase of a custom order / standard topper.

Custom and personalized orders

Both Custom and Personalized orders are accepted in ordering from the shop

Sizing details

Cake topper can be up to 7 inches wide and height will be appropriate to width.

Cupcake topper are approx 2 inches wide

Care instructions

Glitter card stock paper is used for cake to cupcake to custom toppers. The toppers are glued with craft glue together and affixed by a wooden pick(s).

When taking topper out of the clear plastic envelope, please pull the folded tape to remove the topper. Please do not pull the paper when removing. There will be extra heart designs for customer to use in their decor.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Packaging : a cutsofconfetti cardstock 5x7 size to allow the topper to be taped on the cardstock and the placed in a clear self sealed envelope.

Wholesale availability

No wholesale options

Shipping Option

All packages are sent via USPS Priority mail, which can be up to 3 days to deliver within the states.

This method provides protection for both the customer and seller, $100 of insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.

If international shipping - packages will be sent via USPS first class mail, which can be up to 4 weeks due to customs.

Rush Orders

Rush Orders can be accepted but there will be an additional charge of $7. This is an additional charge on top of the topper and shipping.

Customer input wrong shipping address

This would be up to the customer to reach out to buyer as soon as possible before the topper is being created. A notification can be sent to seller with updates information.

Cake topper is made of card stock glitter paper

Toppers are created on preset glitter card stock paper. The glitter is not added to card stock.

Card stock is paper and will be a different strength than wood, acrylic or metal. You still receive a beautiful topper for your celebration.
