Cynthia Brunz Designs

After working for years in high stress management jobs, I decided in 2006 that I wanted to make a change and do something I really enjoyed. After exploring a number of small businesses, I settled on the quilting industry.

A large portion of my business is quilting for others. I have a number of wonderful customers who make some beautiful quilts. Over the years, many have become very close friends.

I also lead a group of very gifted quilters that meet monthly and produce some wonderful projects - all of which are donated to various organizations in the area. The group is called Project:Quilt.

I teach classes on occasion and I regularly blog about my projects and patterns. As I seem to be always working on a project, I regularly find myself with too many quilts. Many of these are sold here on Etsy.

I meet so many wonderful people doing what I do and get to see so many beautiful quilts. I feel quite blessed.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I want to make each individual buyer 100% happy with their purchase. Before purchasing, please review the items and descriptions carefully. Ensure the size listed meets your requirements and feel free to ask me any questions that you may have.

If you receive an item that you aren't happy with, please contact me and we'll work it out! I will issue a refund for the full price of the item if it is returned in new, salable condition within 7 days after delivery. I cannot, however, refund any shipping charges. You may return the item using any method available; however, please use a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise. If the item gets lost or damaged in transit, I will not be able to issue a refund. Your refund will be processed once I have received the item back and confirmed its salability. Please contact me if you'd like to return an item.
Payment
Please complete payment through PayPal or Direct Checkout. All payments for purchase are required within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping fees to the United States are listed for each item. Your quilt will generally ship the following business day, via USPS Priority Mail and I do pay to insure your package. You will receive confirmation and tracking information after I have received notification of your payment. I can offer you combined shipping if you are interested in multiple items.

I am willing to ship internationally, however, shipping fees will be calculated on a case by case basis. If you have an interest in a quilt, please convo me and I will quote international shipping fees based on your location. Please note that for international shipments, customs and brokerage fees may also apply. These fees vary from country to country and CynthiaBDesigns is not responsible for these fees.
