Beautiful workmanship, worth so much more than she asked for them. They are a one of a kind unique cherished gift. I think if you purchase anything as a gift for someone from Cynthia, you better make sure you also get one for yourself, otherwise you will not be able to give it as a gift. You will cherish any of her crafted works of art s for a lifetime! Thank you so much Cynthia! I absolutely love them!!!

Returns and exchange details
If I do, in extremely limited situations, choose to refund your money on a custom order, or any order that requires me to create an item from scratch, 50% of the purchase price (including shipping fees in some instances, seller's choice) will be deducted for my time invested, fees incurred by Etsy and Paypal, unsaleable merchandise, etc. You will be notified in this case. Refunds can be done through Etsy, however, if it has been 60 days, a money order will have to be mailed to the address on your invoice. Money order and postal fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Upon payment for item/s purchased, buyer agrees to this policy.

Items will ship to the address on your Etsy invoice. If you would like me to ship to another address, please list that address on your invoice instead. The only way to change the address after the order is placed is to cancel and place the order again with the corrected shipping address.

--Paintings that are duplicated cannot be exactly the same as pictured, but a
close copy of the original.
NOTE: I reserve the right to refuse any material for Custom Paintings/Artwork that I deem to be objectionable, obscene or offensive in any way. Also, all work that I create for customers is photographed and posted to my listings for the public to view. Any customer that is not in agreement with this must contact me in writing or via message on Etsy when the order is placed.
I am a "Tobacco FREE" Crafter/Painter/Crocheter, so your items come to you without these contaminants, chemicals and allergens.
One last note, because I am the only artist painting the items sold at this shop, there may be times I have to message you with a delay for one reason or another. Things unforeseen in life come up, sickness, overload of orders, family emergencies, etc., and I have to take the time to deal with them (additional time is needed to complete your order). Please, be understanding and patient if this occurs. This is not cause/reason to request a refund. By placing your order, you agree to this. My thanks and appreciation goes out to you!
