Welcome

My one of a kind unique jewelry pieces are handcrafted with lots of tender love and care. I try very hard to convey that sentiment in the attention given to every piece I make. Quality is my top priority. I strive to offer the very best material available at a reasonable cost. I also try to provide items that have a price range that any of my customers can afford.

I love creating pieces that are great for everyday wear and still special enough to wear for nicer occasions as well.

Payment

I accept PayPal and Money Orders.

Items will not ship until cleared payment is received thru PayPal or not until I have received a money order for the item(s).

If an item is purchased and not paid for within 72 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, unless you notify me that you are waiting on PayPal verification.

However, keep in mind you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay thru PayPal; you can use a Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For buyers who wish to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account: At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase).

I would like my customers to be completely satisfied and if there is any problems with the item please feel free to contact me. I will gladly offer a return within 10 days of purchase for return or exchange. I will refund the full price including shipping cost. Please note that the return postage will not be reimbursed unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake made by me.
1. Notify me via email before sending the shipment please include your phone number should I need to contact you.
2. When returning, pack the item in a padded envelope wrapped with bubblewrap or other padding. I will not be responsible for any returns in non-padded envelopes or breakage due to inadequate packaging.
3.Please add a note describing the reason for the return. Also note whether you'd like a "Refund Check" or "Store Credit." Store Credit is valid for 6 months.
4. Ship the package Insured and with Delivery Confirmation. Please email delivery confirmation and/or tracking number so I can expect the package.

Shipping

In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days following receipt and clearing of payment.

Purchases made on Friday after 3:00pm CT will be shipped on the following Monday.

Custom sizing, custom orders, and holiday orders may take longer.

I offer combined shipping on multiple item orders. Please see the "with another item" shipping cost to determine the combined shipping discount. All items must be paid for together on the same invoice to be eligible for the combined shipping discount.

UNITED STATES: All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, which will take up to three business days from date of shipment. I will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number on the day that I ship your order.

INTERNATIONAL: All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. Depending on your location this could take anywhere from 7-20 business days. If you would like "EXPRESS shipping”, please contact me prior to your purchase and I will give you the rate for that service.
