Payment
Paypal is my preferred way of payment. Credit cards and E-checks are accepted through paypal.

If you want to pay with a check or money order please convo with me to make arrangement. Your order will not be shipped until payment is recieved and cleared.

I require payment to be made at the time of purchase unless you have made arrangements with me.
Shipping
Once payment is received, your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days. .
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me and I will do what I can to help.

Each item is carefully packaged so that breakage will not occur, but occasionally postal accidents happen. Please contact me so we can work through it.

Though my standard policy is "No refunds", there are always going to be circumstances which are out of both our hands which must result in a refund. These matters will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

-If there is any problem with your purchase, please alert me within 7 days of postal receipt.
-A refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued after either the item has been returned to me (after arrangements have been discussed) or after photographs of the damage have been exchanged.
-When returning a product to me, it must be shipped with delivery confirmation.
-The cost to ship an item back to me for a return is the responsibility of the customer.

NO REFUNDS will be given after 7 days of postal receipt.
