**Current Turnaround**
7-10 BUSINESS Days (does NOT include weekends, holidays, and shipping times).

**Messaging is always BEST**
Please try to ask any questions all at the same time so that when I respond, you are able to get all the information at once. ie. Size? Color? Can I? Do you? Turnaround? etc.


**Shipping/Handling Cost**
Shipping varies by product. Shipping expenses cover packaging, labels, and handling.

**Turnaround**
Current Processing time is 7-10 BUSINESS days (does NOT included weekends, holiday, and shipping times). Orders will be processed in the order that payment is received. IF the current turnaround time does not work for your needs, I do offer rush processing. When RUSH processing is available it will be on a first come, first serve basis with applicable rush charge.

**Rush Fees**
Rush fees are 25 percent of your order, prior to shipping and discounts.

**Returns/Cancellations**
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours. After that cancellations are on a case by case basis.

**Proofs/Mock-ups**
Prior to starting your particular project you’ll be sent a mock-up. Changes can be made but are limited to three free mock-ups. After the third mock-up there is a $10 design fee. Proofs will be sent via pictures of the items before it leaves Cozy Little Farmhouse Designs, once it has your approval and ships there will be no refunds for customization.
