Do I need a certain program to edit these files?
Yes you need to have Adobe Photoshop in order to edit file. However you can us the jpeg files and insert them into a program such as Word or Publisher. You can view these links below for help.

What size are the files?
Most Flyer files are 8 x 10 and Invitations are 5 x 7 however due to the high resolution they can be printed much larger.
Where are my files and how can I download them?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
Can you make me a custom flyer or edit a purchased one ?
Yes I can create you your own flyer or edit one of our purchsed ones for an extra fee of $30. Usually will have back the same day if not within a few hours.
