We apologize for any damage incurred during shipping and your dissatisfaction with the lipstick color (please note our lipsticks are hand made and sometimes need to be applied a few times to "warm up" the lipstick which should help the color look more opaque)...If you have any questions please let us know and please contact us so we may address the shipping damage issue properly. 4 out of 5 starsThese alphabet letters are a great addition to my new DIYed chalk/ magnetic wall. They're very elegant-looking. They are a little smaller than expected (not good for ages 3 and under), so I will need to put them away for now since it's a potential choke hazard for toddlers. Nonetheless, I'm excited to be able to use them soon.

3 out of 5 starsThis item came wrapped in tissue paper. When I tried to unwrap it, bits of paper stuck to it. It seemed like it hadn't dried completely before being wrapped. The paint was bubbled and messy in spots. Something my 7 yo daughter could have done. Definitely not worth $40.
