Custom and personalized orders

I am not taking custom orders. However, feel free to message me with any suggestions or let me know what you would be interested in seeing :-)

How do you package your items?

All buttons are attached to a backing sheet and get shipped in a water-resistant bubble mailer. (For bulk orders containing 36+ buttons, the buttons will not be attached to backing cards; instead, they are secured within a bubble wrap bag. Bulk orders are more likely to arrive in a box rather than a bubble mailer.)

If you purchase something as a gift, it will be wrapped in tissue paper. If you include a note for the gift recipient, that note will be printed and included with the package.

*Please recycle the packaging materials after removing the buttons from their backing.

How does ordering work? I'm confused about all the dropdown menu options in each of your item listings.

BUYING ONE BUTTON: Check the 'DESIGN' section of the item description, find the name of the button you want, and select it in the Style dropdown menu. Proceed to checkout.

BUYING MULTIPLE BUTTONS: Decide how many buttons you want, and choose the corresponding option in the Style dropdown menu. For example, if I want three buttons, I would select 'SET OF 3'. In the personalization box, type the names of the button designs you want. Proceed to checkout.

Can you create a custom backing card?

If you order in bulk and want each button attached to its own individual card, I can create a custom design. This will add a design fee and extra material fee.

If I purchase a button set (i.e. SET OF 3, SET OF 5, etc) from a certain listing, can I choose the designs I receive or do you send random buttons?

Yes, you can choose the designs you receive. When you purchase a set from one of my listings, fill out the personalization box or leave a checkout note with the designs you want. If I receive no note, I will directly message you. If I get no reply, I will either send a random assortment or cancel your order.

I accidentally put in the wrong address.

If you put the wrong address, message me with the correct address ASAP. Unfortunately, if your item has already shipped to the wrong address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee. Items will not be refunded due to the fault of the customer. Please double-check your address before purchasing!
