I saw this urn and loved the kintsugi style - I ordered it without understanding that the size of the urn matters. Derya was nothing but kind and accommodating, I ended up purchasing a second urn and she added the kintsugi design to honor my brother. She has been nothing but delightful and her ceramic ability is unmatched. Absolutely gorgeous work. I’m extremely grateful for the rushed shipping and care in packaging.
