Wow, every inticate detail is so precise right down to the pattern on the transparent wings! David isn't capable of doing any art halfway and this dragonfly is no exception...it's an exquisite treasure!

Having personally cared for and rehabilitated gopher tortoises I can attest with intimate knowledge that David's replication is so incredibly precise it's uncanny! It blows my mind that something assembled with odd parts and scrap metal can be so impeccably correct...in 3D and from every angle! From the position of the legs and details of the toes to the specific unusual shape of their eyes and the mopey downturned mouth...just perfection! I will treasure this masterpiece always!!! I have admired the artists work for some time and was grateful for an opportunity to own one of his creations…I must add that I am far more impressed with the piece than I could have imagined!! Every detail is crafted with precision, care and beauty. He’s mastered the ability to add delicacy, elegance and fragility to metal mechanical/machine parts…truly enchanting.
