5 out of 5 stars

I am more than pleased with the mirror I bought from Dibbs and Dibbs, as well as the immediate responses to my questions and fast shipping. When I first placed my order I was told it was in stock, only to have them tell me the piece was sold. To make up for it they made me another one in only 2 days. Not only that but I asked for the mirror to be made larger, and to make up for the error of the piece being sold they made me a larger one at no additional charge. I live in California, USA, and was worried it would arrive damaged. They did a magnificent job packing it, and my mirror arrived intact and within a week's time. Working with them has been a pleasure and their craftsmanship is second to none! -Peter Chinnici, Petaluma, CA

DIBBS&DIBBS are a crafts and home wares company specialising in unique glass and woodwork gifts. Each of our items is hand-made in Britain with special care and attention at every stage, providing our customers with high quality products to treasure.

DIBBS&DIBBS is a family business. Vaughan Dibble has spent his entire career working in wood; designing and creating bespoke kitchens, dining room tables from old oak beams and many, many other carpentry projects for his clients. Over the past two years, he has found a new direction for his craftsman’s skill – making glass products. His daughter Brooke deals with the business' workings. Together they are creating beautiful and unique products that their growing customer base are delighted to own.

Still in its early stages, big things are in store for DIBBS&DIBBS! Keep up to date with new products and offers by signing up to our mailing list via our website (We will never sell your information, we promise)

We’d love to hear from you with your thoughts, suggestions and ideas for what you’d like to see us make – get in touch!

Ordering from DIBBS&DIBBS

We provide a unique shopping experience at DIBBS&DIBBS. Due to the individual nature of our products and the ability to order any of our products in any colour, shape or size, most of our sales are via commissions or custom orders. We list certain items which we have in stock on our website/Etsy - these are available for purchase as you see them. The price listed is for the dimensions and colouring listed for that product - any other sizes or colour will be a commission or custom order and the price may differ. Please read the Bespoke page on our website for further information about the varied nature of our products and what options are available (eg: different colours and solder options).

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
All payments are to be made via PayPal - this is the most secure way of purchasing a product, for both the buyer and seller. We do not at any point have access to your credit card details. If you wish to pay via cheque or another method, please contact us first and we can discuss.
Etsy will securely handle your payment info when purchasing products from us via the Etsy website.

Please note that all prices listed are based on the dimensions listed. For example, if you order a custom sized mirror at 40" x 40" which is listed on our website as £30 for 20" x 20", the cost will increase. As this would qualify as a commission or a custom order, we would give you the price of your desired size before you choose to buy. The same goes for different colours, etc.

We reserve the right to change prices of our products as and when we choose.
For items that are in stock at the time of placing your order, we will despatch your item by post or courier, suitably packaged, offering insurance where appropriate for the value of the item. For in-stock items being sent to addresses within the UK, we aim to despatch within 7 working days. If you need a very quick delivery, please contact us to discuss how we can help. Overseas deliveries can take a lot longer depending on the shipping method and costs considerably more.

For items that are made to order/commissions, we will advise our estimated time to make and deliver your item on receipt of your order.
If you have made a payment via PayPal and we cannot fulfill your order within an acceptable time as agreed, we will fully refund your payment.

If a deposit has been made to cover design work for a special commission, this deposit will be retained by us. We will advise the expected delivery date for special commissions when you order, and before we accept your deposit payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
In-stock items: If you change your mind after buying a product from our website/our Etsy shop/any of our other official retail outlets, you may return it within 7 days, at your cost, for a refund of the cost of the piece less our original shipping cost to you, provided it is in re-saleable condition. You must notify us first. We take great care to pack our pieces when despatching to avoid damage. If a piece is damaged when being returned to us, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by the cost of the repairs needed. We may make an admin charge where a credit or debit card is used.

One-off commissions: At the start of the design process, we usually ask for a deposit - generally 50% of the overall quoted price. This is to cover us for the time spent in design to make your unique piece and to put towards the initial cost of the materials. If you cancel your order after design has begun, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. As we may not be able to sell your finished piece to anyone else (although we reserve the right to do so if we choose), we can't offer a returns facility on special commissions. If you are unhappy with the piece in some way, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.

We want you to be happy with your piece. We love our work and want you to share in our enjoyment. If there's any sort of problem with your piece, we'll do everything practical and reasonable to rectify it.

If you're happy with our products and our service, please spread the word to your friends and family! If you're unhappy with anything, please let us know.
