How long before I receive my order?
All our jewelry are made to order. unless otherwise noted,
usually it takes us about 3-4 weeks to create.
The standard shipping time is 10 to 16 business days.
Or you can upgrade to Express shipping : 3-6 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, We ship worldwide to the address listed on your Etsy account ,
Make sure you Etsy address is accurate.
* Please note : we do not ship to P.O. Boxes because we use delivery methods that requires a signature.
Do you offer a payments plan?
Yes, Feel free to contact us about it. write us what is the best payments plan for you.
After paying first payments we will start creating your jewelry.
Once we have received the total amount due and the jewelry is finished, it will be sent to you.
What payment methods do you accepte?
For the safety and security purpose, we only accept PayPal payment
directly though Etsy checkout. We will start to create your jewelry after receiving payment.
I want to order a wide band , what ring size should I choose?
For wide bands we recommend ordering a slightly bigger size than your standard size for thin bands, for example if you are US Ring size 7 in a thin standard band than we recommend ordering 7.25 for wide band (wide band= over 8mm in width). please note this is a Recommendation , choosing the correct ring size is the customer responsibility.
What if I need to resize my Ring after receiving it?
If you ordered a bigger/ smaller size than you should have, and the ring do not fit you - Don't worry! We are here for you! Just contact us for shipping back instruction, we will resize your ring & you just pay for the shipping costs. Apply for 6 months after receiving the ring-Resizing is FREE when: *you need a smaller size *you need up to 1/2 size bigger
You need to pay for resizing when:
1) you need above 1/2 size bigger.
2)you need resizing and your ring is gold plated /rhodium plated. plating fees are between: 25-45$
3)the ring has special engravings that will need to be completed or changed due to the resizing.
4)Resizing a ring set with gemstones: in this case resizing is minimum 29$ depends on the ring's design and setting type.
Do you accept custom requests/changes on an existent jewelry?
Yes, we would be happy to change the band design to your liking.

About RHODIUM PLATING:
we do not plate our solid white gold jewelry with rhodium plating unless customer is requesting for this service, we charge around 35$ USD for rhodium plating, depends on jewelry dimensions. this service can be added to your purchase after contacting us.
Do you offer Free personal handmade inscription inside the band?
Yes, It is our gift to our special customers.
Write us what to engrave in the "message to seller" when purchasing.
Please Note:
*Usually up to 15 letters (if you need more- contact us).
* we do not engrave inside thin bands (band's width under 3mm).
*we can engrave simple symbols as well, ask us about it.
*If you didn't write us what to engrave and the band is almost ready, we will not engrave her. so make sure to contact us or write us ,as soon as possible, your personal inscription.

*Please Note: if your inscription is too long - we are not obligated to engrave it!
note: Return items with personal engravings will be charged a 12% Cancellation fees.
Do I need to pay custom duties?
For all customers we recommend checking the import taxes and fees locally, before purchasing, as they are not included in the cost of the purchase or shipping and handling fees. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes/ duties/courier fees /additional sales tax / any other local authority fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
For Local purchases from Israel there is a %17 VAT , that will be collected after purchasing.
Customers outside the US ,and also EU customers are subject to custom duties/sale tax.
Do you offer Warranty for your jewelry?
Yes, All jewelry purchased from our shop is warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. If you ever experience a problem with an item purchased from us, you can send it back for inspection. If problem is found to be a structural or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your item at no charge. If jewelry has been damaged due to routine wear and tear ,we can repair your item at our cost.
Please note the warranty does not cover misuse, normal or excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Additionally the warranty does not cover any damage to the gemstones, loss gemstones, improper repair;alterations by other jewelers will void this warranty.
After using your warranty for any reason NO returns accepted!
What is your Return Policy ?
Exchanges Available-contact us!Item must be returned According to our shipping back instructions and previously authorized by us.Return can be requested up to14 days after receiving jewelry, buyer must ship item back within30 days from date item was received.Original Shipping/handling/import duties=nonrefundable.Buyer responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back,returning the item in original box,unused condition.Returned items will be charged10% fees/ item with personal engravings charged 12%fees+we charge the original handling&shipping fees range 20$-40$(depends on shipping method.# Refund will be issued only after item returned.
Customized jewelry/special engravings/custom order/exchanged jewel- can't be returned!
What Diamonds do you use?
We offer :
naturally mined diamonds certified by IGL/
lab grown diamonds certified by IGI /
moissanite (diamond like) certified by GRA
All are expertly cut and of high quality. Diamonds above 0.5ct are graded by certified gemologists for additional 65$. These diamonds will include complimentary laser engraved identification. All of the earth-mined diamonds we sell are conflict free. They originate from conflict free areas only.
