**SHOP POLICIES**

All shipping charges go directly to USPS. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. First Class mail can take up to 14 business days, and international mail up to 30 business days. Unfortunately, USPS delays are beyond our control, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot make any changes once the order is placed. If your order is delivered to the address provided and it is not your current residence, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. However, if the package is returned to us, we will gladly arrange a refund for the stickers, though shipping charges will still apply.

If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors and contact USPS directly. They can provide the GPS location where your package was scanned as delivered. As a small business, we cannot replace items at our expense due to transit damage, USPS mishandling, or package theft. We are happy to issue refunds for the stickers once they are returned to us; however, shipping costs are non-refundable.
