Returns and exchanges
Insurance is not included in shipping costs but if desired, please convo me and I will create a custom listing for you with insurance costs included. I am not responsible for damages occurring due to weather conditions, heat, humidity or other shipping issues out of my control. I recommend that someone is available to bring the package inside promptly upon arrival as heat and other conditions can cause fondant to melt or lose shape.
Payment
I accept credit cards directly through Etsy and Paypal. Please convo me before purchasing if you would like to include insurance. I package my creations very carefully so that they arrive safe and happy, however damages are always possible with the carrier. Damaged packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS), so insurance is recommended if you choose to add that cost.
Shipping
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any customs charges that may be due upon delivery. I do not have access to what those charges will be, if any. Also, once a package leaves the U.S., I am unable to track it. You must contact your local shipping service for more information if your package is delayed.

***Damages: If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please contact the US Postal Service ( for US customers) to file a claim. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands. International customers must file a claim with their respective shipping service.
