We don't see notes to seller until we print orders to process, so if you need something ASAP please check with us first. We ship orders in the order they are received. Your order (whatever is in stock) will ship within 24 hours of payment of that fee. Unfortunately we're getting so many rush requests every day that its becoming unfair to those who placed orders earlier. Please understand that we do try to ship as quickly as we possibly can, but to guarantee earlier shipment you'll need to message us to see if it is possible. Failure to do so could result in you not receiving your order in time for your event.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8-5, however many of you will know we work a LOT more than that. Any requests for information/emails/convos/texts that we receive on a Saturday or Sunday will be responded to on Monday.

Please read our policies on international shipping and consider contacting us to pay for priority or express if you need it immediately. The AVERAGE shipping time internationally ranges anywhere from 2-6 WEEKS and can take longer. We will not replace international packages. That being said, you can see from our feedback we try very hard to have happy customers, and we'll do as much as we possibly can to help locate a missing package.

When we set up a custom listing, (if we haven't discussed this ahead of time), if its not purchased within 2 days of being set up we will cancel it and return the items to our available inventory. Unfortunately we've had a number of folks wait several weeks to check out, and it makes it very hard to manage our inventory. If you need a custom order several weeks out please just check with us first so that we can hold those items!

Regarding YOUR feedback we love to hear it! You can see by our score we have excellent feedback with minimal neutrals and negatives. Of course you can't make everyone happy but please contact us if you are thinking of leaving a neutral or negative feedback about our products. We will always do anything we can to make a situation right if you are not happy with your transaction! Just let us know so we can try to make it better!

We accept payment through Paypal & Etsy. Paypal accepts credit cards and payment by checking account. Items will be shipped after payment has been received. Sales tax will be charged for all non edible items shipped in California. Items may be cancelled before payment has been received.


Once your order has been received and payment has cleared we will ship out your order. Please check production and shipping time. We want your party to be a success and want to make sure your items are delivered in time. If you need it sooner... No Problem! Please message us so we can set up priority shipping.

We are NOT responsible for packages that are delayed in shipping due to the post office or are lost or damaged during shipping. If you are concerned and have issues getting packages contact us to BEFORE ORDERING to add delivery confirmation to your order.

We ship to the address listed on your Etsy receipt. If you need it sent elsewhere you need to provide us the address BEFORE your order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us for any reason we will contact you. If there was a mistake in the address on our end we will reship your order at no cost to you. If it has been returned to us because you listed the wrong address in Etsy or any other reason and you choose to have us resend it then there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order.

Once the package leaves the US we can not guarantee the time it takes to deliver your package. Each county has different policies and custom requirements. However we do take the utmost care and accuracy on our end when shipping your goods,
Items ship in boxes and bubble mailers depending on the products you ordered.
Duty and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Contents are marked as "party supplies". Value is listing for the purchasing price. PLEASE do not ask us to change the price to a different amount as this is illegal and we don't conduct business that way.
If your county refuses the package and is sent back to us, we will refund the purchase price back to you less the shipping cost. If you would like to have the packaged reshipped we will need to recharge you the shipping cost.

*International orders take 2-3 weeks to deliver and can take up to 3 months in some cases.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on food or baking items for safety & health regulations. Please make sure you like the item(s) you selected before checking out.
We do not offer refunds on orders that are delayed in shipping. We recommend ordering well in advance of when you need items as we have no control over delivery time frames with the USPS. Even if you upgrade to priority shipping the time frame for delivery can fluctuate. We are not responsible on how long it may take for your order to arrive and will not refund any shipping if an order is delayed.

Please read your custom listing carefully before purchasing. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items for custom listings. We list out what you are purchasing in the description section of your listing. Please read that carefully to make sure you are understanding what you are purchasing.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders for cupcake liners, kits and baking supplies can get shipped quickly depending on the current volume of orders. If you contact us to cancel your order and it has already been shipped we will not be able to refund your order.

If there is a mistake on our end on an item you received we will gladly correct it at our expense. In some case we may ask you to ship back the item that was incorrect and/or take photo of what you were sent so we can see if an error was made.

PLEASE NOTE: on cupcake liner orders we group items together in 1 bag. If you are buying 2+ items they will all come together in 1 bag. Each set of liners will NOT have its own bag.

We use several different manufacturers for the baking liners that we carry.

Liner Color:
We do our best to represent the color of liners we sell in our shop.
Computer monitors may slightly vary in representing liner colors.
We may have more than 1 of the same color name liner (red) for example, but from different manufacturers so the colors may not be the same "red".

All our manufacturers claim that the liners we sell are "greaseproof".
Batters vary with each recipe and may affect the outcome of the baking liner.
It is our recommendation, to keep the liners fresh and colorful, to stick with lighter batters for lighter liners and darker batters for darker liners.
Liners with more white in them will naturally change color.
Baking in one liner then setting the baked cupcake in a second liner works also.
The second liner will look a little fanned and looks fine but it is a personal preference.
If baking for a special event a "test bake" is suggested.

Humidity and under-baking are also the biggest reason for soggy looking cupcake liners. Under-baking is the most common issue which can be prevented.
Humidity is a factor that can't be controlled and is very frustrating.
Once your cupcakes are done you must immediately remove them from the cupcake pan and place them on a cooling rack. If you let them sit, condensation will begin within minutes as the cupcakes cool.This will lead to wet and soggy looking cupcake paper. Also placing the baked cupcakes in a sealed container may cause moisture and result in the liner pulling away from the cake.
A cooling rack allows the cupcakes to cool at a natural pace and allows air to properly circulate so the cupcake paper stays dry.

The liners are PAPER and are not fool proof.
All paper liners will change slightly in appearance after baking.

Paper choices used in banners vary upon availability. If paper is different than posted in picture listing we will contact you to see if the available color is okay. Colors an monitors vary. We will do our very best to communicate with you to make your party banner the best it can be!

Straw colors vary with manufacturers. We post current and accurate pictures to represent the color to the best of our ability. Colors on monitors do vary.

If there are any questions or concerns on your order please don't hesitate to contact us through Etsy. We will do our best to resolve any issue in a fair manner. If there is an issue with your order PLEASE contact us before leaving feedback in our shop. We like to provide good customer service and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issue that you may have with your order before feedback is left.
