ABOUT D. LILES COLLECTION

D. Liles Collection began with the simplest intentions. At the time, I was an Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at my Alma Mater, when I began designing and making vintage-inspired lace dresses for my toddler and infant daughters. A style that was not easy to find and very expensive. It was so much fun, I made several and under the prompting of friends, I began making their daughters dresses. Those first few designs were made from scraps of fabric and reclaimed lace from old clothing. I am so humbled by those earliest dress designs, because I had just started sewing and didn’t have the slightest bit of business savvy!

I started my business on Etsy in 2013 and in 2015, I became a brand. I have produced over 40,000 dresses in the last 5 years, at times it is overwhelming, but I love my job, this is what I was created to do. By far my favorite part of designing is the joy my dresses bring to my customers. I am so thankful to my loyal customers, who have enabled me to make a vocation out of something I love so much. It is my passion that my dresses are dearly loved and thoroughly worn.

All professional photographs are copyrighted by the Photographers and are property of D. Liles Co. Do not copy/print/publish photographs for personal or commercial use without permission from D. Liles Co.

Designs:
All designs are handcrafted by Daria and are intellectual property of D. Liles Co. Please respect the designer by not duplicating any of the designs for commercial sale.

Our Property:
Do Not copy D. Liles Collection Logo, Avatar, Banner, Web Design, etc. Graphic designs and logos are property of D. Liles Co.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

RETURNS: We would be happy accept a return. Any product that has not been used or washed, still with tags or in its original packaging and has been purchased in the last 10 days is eligible for return. Once we receive the item back to our studio and we have ensured it meets the return criteria, we will issue a shop credit for the purchase price of the item (the refund will not include shipping charges). Buyer MUST convo me within 5 days of receiving their order for approval on the return. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the dress. If not, we will not process the return.

EXCHANGES (Domestic/International customers): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees involved. Buyer MUST convo me within 5 days of receiving their order for approval on the exchange. Exchanges must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the dress. If not, we will not process the exchange.

No refunds on custom orders, unless we made an error in crafting. In which case, we will be happy to accommodate a refund or exchange. Otherwise, I will do an exchange only.

All major credits cards are accepted (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & DISCOVER) and PAYPAL.

NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Click "Checkout" and follow the steps.

A CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent to the email address you provided to ETSY
upon payment of your purchase and with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Current ship time is always listed under the shop announcement!

-Orders are shipped via USPS First Class OR Priority.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery (tracking information will be sent to you via email)
-If you need to make a request for faster delivery or you would like insurance added to your order, please convo me and note that at the time of purchase. All outstanding amounts must be paid prior to item being shipped.

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:

I am not responsible for lost international packages! All international orders are shipped First Class Mail International and do not have tracking numbers. As a buyer you are responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges. International orders normally take 2-3 weeks to reach their destination, but can take up to 2 months. Packages shipped around holidays, may take longer to get to their destination.

International orders upgraded to Priority Express International take approximately 6-10 business days, but can take longer depending on your region. Please send me a message if you would like to have your shipping upgraded to Priority Express International, a tracking number is included. If you would like signature confirmation added to your order or insurance, it is an additional charge (because we are charged) and we must be contacted with your request.
