Shipping to Canada I was prepared for it to take some time (plus any delays due to the global pandemic). But it only took 3 weeks. Max was communicative and helpful. Will order from him again! -

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made or sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%.
LOST PACKAGES/FORGOTTEN PARCELS AT THE POST OFFICE
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 45 days from posting date and tracking doesn't show any updates during this time.
• I will fill in the claim about the lost in my Head post office
• While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same item (if it is still available) to the customer or provide a full refund;
• If the item arrives after the refund is made, the customer is asked to pay back
• If you for some reason forgot to pick up the parcel at the post office, and she returned to me. Unfortunately, I can not compensate for your loss. Please do not forget about your purchases, I hope that my items will always be expected and welcome for you :)
ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT EXCHANGES/RETURNS
• if the reason for exchange/return is my fault (for example I sent the bad quality item or the item comes broken etc) - I would pay for return shipping and provide an exchange/full refund
• if the reason of return/exchange is customer's fault (for example customer ordered the wrong color or or something else) - the customer pays for the return shipping as well as redelivery fee (in case of exchange)
FEATURES OF SHIPPING TO YOUR COUNTRY
You do not have to worry about the delivery, I sent orders to many countries and everything was successful. The postal service in my country works well. The delivery time can not tell exactly, it depends on a lot of facets. It often depends on the flight of the transport plane flying to your country. Unfortunately I can not influence it :). The track number becomes active a couple of days after sending. Sometimes tracking becomes unavailable. This is not a problem, you still get your order.
