The Story So Far
Founded in 2001 by Wade Royd-Taylor, "Dogstone" is a luxury brand that was born out of a passion for all things Edgy and Rock n Roll. The fast paced lifestyle for which the brand has become so well known for, flying to LA, New York, London, Las Vegas and Cape Town in search for the next adventure, is where the passion, inspiration and creative drive stems from.
Having collaborated in previous years with Converse, to produce real diamond studded Chuck Taylor All Stars for sale in the world famous Selfridges of London, and also a collaboration with the RedBull Formula One team in 2008, these fantastic partnerships all reinforce Dogstone's status as a brand which has become well known for providing luxury products of the highest standard across the world.
Over the past decade Dogstone has built a loyal client base in all four corners of the world. With a sizeable following of both private and high profile clients, such as Slash, Matt Sorum, Fearne Cotton, Rob Holliday, Kissy Sellout, Dave Kushner, Calum Best, and Brian May just to name but a few, who are all followers of the exclusive Dogstone lifestyle brand.
The luxury for which Dogstone has become so well known for only continues to excel year by year with its loyal followers growing even stronger and more determined to own the latest jewellery release or diamond studded piece of apparel.
With the launch of the very popular Dogstone London Instagram page, potential clients can now view the very latest pieces of jewellery and apparel that Dogstone has made. The ever more popular bespoke service means that clients worldwide can now get inspired to what is possible in the work shop and commission their very own piece.
Fuelled by the never ending pursuit of ultra high-end luxury, Dogstone continues to design, develop and ascertain unique products through the creative use of exclusive materials such as exotic skins and cutting edge CAD/CAM laser guided systems.

Dogstone and its success has been largely because of our outstanding Customer Service. Our brand mission is to build a business where nothing was too much trouble or impossible for my clients. For this reason we will always do everything we can to help where ever possible. If once you have received an item and the size is wrong, we will try to fix this for you but we do not take responsibility for the wrong ring size being given prior to work being started.
I would advise that you get your ring size measured correctly at two local jewellery stores. Only ask for a normal size. We do not need any inflated sizes due to a ring that we make being wide. Please do just get a simple ring size as if you were buying a thin Wedding ring. Any questions please do email us.
All jewellery items will come in authentic Dogstone packaging. Silver items will come in one of our branded Dogstone boxes along with a client numbered purchased card in the form of a credit card. Our high value Diamond jewelllery will come with a Full Insurance certificate. This will be made out to the retail value for insurance purposes and in most cases will be more than what you have paid therough Etsy. Some Diamond jewellery will also have either a GIA certificate depending on the item purchased.
Both the high value items as well as the lower end items will come in a air tight padded envelope. This will protect your item at all times. If you receive your item in any way damaged, please do contact us straight away. For international calls 0044 161 4910624 or 0161 4910624 here in the UK. We do not accept responsibility for damaged items but we will do everything we can to deal with either Royal mail or FedEx to request an Insurance claim. (To date we have never had a single problem.)
'PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

Credit cards are accepted. Visa Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard and all other cards both debit and credit accepted. Paypal. Bank Transfers also welcome. Credit Card payments will be subject to a 1.6% fee on the total amount due. This is the Merchant fee which is charged to us by our Merchant account at the Bank of Scotland. Our VAT number can be requested by email.
IMPORT FEES AND DUTIES
For international buyers, we do not pay your Customs import charges. We will look at the item due to be sent and we will talk to you about the best way to post your item.
Payment must be received in full prior to work being carried out. We are happy to accept a deposit for any item. This deposit will be non refundable where any monies have been spent on materials needed to make your item. This deposit may be to secure a Diamond or other precious stone or metals which at any time may increase in cost due to market trends. Your deposit will be used to secure the materials at the price you have purchased the item for and will in no way be used as a profit making option.
If you wish to cancel a order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop any materials being purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform us of any changes to their circumstances should you have an order placed which cannot be completed in payment.
For high value items we will use FedEx for a very safe and Insured delivery to you within 3 days once your item is ready to be posted. Most Silver items will be sent using Insured Air Mail Signed for by the UK Royal Mail service. UK customers will receive their item through the Special Delivery 24hr Royal Mail service. Pick up options are also available in the UK.
Shipping of all items will be within 10-15 working days of the order being placed. For international buyers, we do not take responsibility for any delay by your postal service once your item has left the UK. Confirmation of postage can be given on request at the time of order.
For UK customers, we will hold at tracking numbers for your items. If you do not receive your item by the time stated, please do contact us for the tracking number. You can track and trace your item on the Royal Mail web site.
Refunds and Exchanges
As every item is handmade to order, returns are not always possible. On our high end Diamond Rings, Necklaces, Pendants and other apparel we will offer you a return only if the materials have not yet been purchased. Bespoke means bespoke. We cannot sell this item to the next person where personalised. We will work with you to a mutually accepted solution. Any shipping cost or import duties paid are not refundable. For clients who pay using a credit card, we will refund in full the purchase amount less the 1.5% Merchant fee due to the Royal Band of Scotland here in the UK.
Damaged items should be returned to Dogstone. We suggest you take a few pictures of your item once received as evidence for insurance purposes. All of our items when posted will be Insured so please do inform us of any problems right away to save any delay. Our jewellery goes through a very strict inspection before leaving the workshop. This means that you must show evidence of any damage before returning the item to us with a full description and photos by email.
