Hello, World!
On February 24, 2022, lives of all Ukrainians were divided into “before” and “after”: this is the day of the beginning of a brutal bloody inhumane full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine. During the war, animals also suffer, losing their owners, homes, receiving numerous injuries, and experiencing stress. They need our help, so our art and charity project is designed to do it with art.

📦 WILL THE PORTRAIT BE SENT AFTER IT IS COMPLETED?
No. The printed product will NOT be sent. This list is intended for digital files only. File *.jpg or *.png. However, you can print it yourself.
If you need higher resolution, just ask us.
⏰ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A DIGITAL PORTRAIT?
Our goal is to work as fast as we can to prepare beautiful and nice portrait for you for the shortest possible time. Depending on what exactly you wish to order, it may take up to 3-4 working days to get it done. This is our rule.
However, it happens that sometimes we have tones of orders (especially before holidays) so it may take about 7-10 days to get the result. WE WILL WARN YOU ABOUT DELAY in private messages, so don’t worry :)
🎨 WHAT SIZE OF THE FILE CAN I PRINT?
We will give you 300 dpi quality files, no larger than 30 inches. Then you can print the file any size you want.
📩 HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL FILE?
When the art for you is completed, we will give you access to it on Google Drive, where you can easily download it from.
You can also ask us to send it in another way.
❗ AFTER I RECEIVE THE FILE, HOW CAN I PRINT IT OUT?
There are a lots of creative way to use your file. You can print it out at the printing center in your city.
You can print your file on canvas, t-shirt, phone case, pillow, mugs, wedding invitation, greeting cards, business cards, Christmas cards, as a birthday gift, wall art, and many more.
👨👩👧👦 WHAT PHOTOS DO I NEED TO SEND YOU?
Please send us some high-quality photos (all in one message; it’s important that the photos aren’t lost!), where we can clearly see the pet’s face, even from different angles. If you want a group of animals, an image of a pet with you or your whole family to be drawn on the art, you can also send us photos of them separately.
💸 HOW TO PAY?
We accept Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
To pay by credit card - choose Paypal at checkout, ignore sign in form and click "pay with credit or debit card".
❌ DO WE REFUND MONEY IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?
Please, note that after work has begun, we’re unable to provide refunds. We fulfill your orders with our time, hands, attention and care to create a lasting piece of art for you. Thank you for your understanding.
🐕 WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE PROFIT IS ALLOCATED TO THE NEEDS OF SHELTERS?
From the proceeds, we deduct the salary for artists, taxes and office rent, and the rest goes entirely to help animals.
🐈⬛ HOW OFTEN DO WE HELP SHELTERS?
Basically, everything depends on our financial capabilities. We plan to help on a large scale 2-3 times a month.
