As a bit of an exofile aka an alien-obsessed freakazoid, its quite rare to find interesting interpretations of the otherworldly. I can say wholeheartedly that this artist has found her unique style and I like it! Her store will definitely be added to my favorites.

About DROPOUT!
DROPOUT by OPPORTUNIST is owned by DROPOUTPIEART (Hikaru), who is an illustrator and painter.
Hikaru was born and raised in Japan and moved to the United States when she was 19.
Her art style is heavily influenced by her upbringing and her passion for creating a world she found refuge as a child.
She dropped out of a super conservative college that was making her miserable in order to pursue her journey and dream as a person and an artist and that's when DROPOUT was born.
She believes in the inclusivity of art and particularly enjoys drawing alien girls.
Through her art, she is trying to create a community of all alien and human babes on earth who may feel out of place.
She's currently living in Southern Utah with her husband and her black cat assistant who is very competent and keeps her motivated.

What do I do if I received a wrong or defective order? Refund policy?
Please contact DROPOUT via email with a picture of the wrong or defective product within 3 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement free of charge within 30 days (usually much shorter). At this time, we are operating as a small team. We, therefore, do not accept returns or issue a refund for defective products. Our items are guaranteed for product defects, not liable for damages incurred during shipping. If you have further questions, feel free to send us an email anytime. Thank you!

I didn't receive my tracking information?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out if your shipping method inludes tracking.
Most stickers are sent as a mail, so it may not generate tracking information.
Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, please contact us.

I never received my order. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us out by checking the following:
1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
3. Stop by your neighbor’s doorstep in case the courier accidentally left the package with them.
If the recipient's address was wrong, you are held responsible. Usually, if the package doesn't get delivered, it's sent back to the return address, which is the artist's address.
If the package was indeed returned to the artist, she will ship it to you at the correct address upon your request. You will only be responsible for the shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping domestically (US).
However, we may ship a very small amount of products internationally upon request. Please contact us personally to inquire more.

How long does it take to receive my products?
You can expect the order to be fulfilled within 1-2 days (weekends included) and shipped within 2-3 business days.
We work with a wonderful team at Printful with our apparel products. It takes approximately 2-7 business days to create them. After that, their average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
How do I contact DROPOUT if my question isn’t answered here?
The easiest and most efficient way to contact us is through email or chat on the Esty app. We aim to reply within 24-48 hours (weekends included).
