DabbleGallery's Shop Policies

Welcome

We are a husband and wife team with two very different styles! We love to collaborate when the spirit moves us, but we primarily stick to our own works. While we each have our favorite media, we tend to dabble in all kinds of art.

Payment

Dabble Gallery currently accepts paypal and money order. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. If not received, we have the right to void the order. Custom orders are always welcome!

Depending on the size of the custom order, a deposit of 50% may be due before project is started, and balance due before shipping.

If you are interested in purchasing multiple items or a large custom order, please contact us, in most cases we can provide discounts.

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days (from the day of a cleared payment) to process your order. Large custom orders may require a longer lead time, please inquire. You will receive a shipping notification from Dabble Gallery when your order is shipped. You may need to check your spam filter setting to make sure you can receive the shipping notification. Most of my customers who make instant payments receive their orders within two weeks.

U.S.A. BUYERS: Dabble Gallery ships via United State Postal Service Priority Mail. If you need faster shipping, please let me know and I will create a custom listing for you. A tracking number is always included. Insurance not included, please contact me for cost.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Dabble Gallery ships by USPS International First Class Mail. If you need faster shipping I will ship by USPS International Priority mail. Please contact me for express shipping options at additional charge.

I am not responsible for custom duties.

Refunds and Exchanges

Dabble Gallery will accept a cancellation of your order within 7 days after the receipt of the order. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the order. Please contact us if you want a refund or exchange. Most problems can and will be worked out. We want you to be happy with your new purchase! Unfortunately, Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Please do your best to be sure of your ring size when ordering. We will make exchanges, but it saves time if you double check your size.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Jewelry and small items will come boxed, ready to give as a gift. If you purchase multiple items, we will save trees and use one box, unless you request multiple gift boxes.

Want the gift to go directly to the recipient? Convo us and we can include a card on your behalf.

Large works of art, ceramics, photographs, prints, supplies, etc. will come to you protected in shipping products. Please be sure to read the entire item description for more details.
