Dreams Do Come True and every princess deserves to shine!

Have you ever had that BIG DREAM that replays over and over in your mind? Well, my BIG DREAM had always been in entrepreneurship in addition to earning my BSN/RN degree.I had dreams of owning my own family restaurant, even a clothing store, but ironically enough, I never considered using my own innate creativity to bring to life this BIG DREAM.

As a new Etsy shop owner and healthcare professional, I hope to grow my business enough so as to generate a comfortable revenue for me and family. In doing so, it will allow me to return to my dream of becoming a nurse all the while fulfilling my dream of owning a shop.

I find my greatest pleasure in knowing I have played a role in bringing joy to the life of another individual through beautiful hair bows, tutu tote bags, jewelry and more. As a healthcare professional, it's a joy of knowing I am providing quality healthcare services to the patients I serve..

My own 5 year old daughter, Lauren, has been my biggest inspiration in creating the products you see in my shop today. By far, one of the biggest divas I know, my sweet princess has given me some of my best ideas, and all my little diva products go to her for final approval before hitting my Etsy shop shelves. Without my muse, my inspiration, my shop would likely not exist.

With big plans in the future for DaddyzLittleDivaShop, we hope to continue to have the support of family, friends, and our Etsy supporters out there in the world.

I want to take a moment to say thank you for viewing, purchasing my products. DaddyzLittleDivaShop was started to assist me in fulfilling a dream. I presently work in the medical field and had to decline acceptance into one of the finest, private nursing schools in my home town because I am a mom, a wife, an adult with responsibilities. I hope to generate enough revenue through my products to fulfill this dream. I hope to have your support. All policies in my shop are subject to change at any given time.

I pride myself on customer service. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, just like any policy, there are exceptions to refunds. My goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours if your item arrives defective, is the wrong color, theme, etc, or if I have shipped the wrong item. I will do whatever I can, within reasonable circumstances to ensure that you are pleased. Returns or exchange requests must be done within 24 hours of delivery, returns or exchanges not postmarked within 1 week and in that time frame will not be accepted. Refunds and returns must be under reasonable circumstances (e.g. items received defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped). Any item marked delivered or as undeliverable by buyer's postal service will not be refunded, but replaced. Replacement will occur 8 weeks after ship date as this is the standard time frame for a package to be considered "lost in the mail", according to the post office.

**any item that has been altered, WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. Charms that are defective "UPON DELIVERY", or damaged at delivery, will have a replacement shipped to the customer free of charge. I am not responsible for the craftsmanship of a vendors product but will address it with a vendor should one of their products used be defective or of poor quality.

Process for refunding funds has become an issue, so I will be addressing my refund PROCESS in this manner:

Individuals who purchase via my online shop, will be refunded in the manner in which they paid. If, for any reason, I am unable to issue a refund via direct method, I will send the refund certified mail and provide shipping reciept and estimated delivery date.

If an individual purchases directly from me, regardless of the method, it will be issued via United States Postal Service Certified Mail ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will provide all necessary information to show that your refund has been issued to you at the time the refund has been sent. THE SALE WILL STILL NEED TO PROCESS THROUGH MY SHOP OR IT WILL NOT BE HONORED. I DO NOT EXCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. All refunds are at my sole discretion.!!!

If a refund is issued, it will be completed in 7-14 days. ALL DIRECT SALE REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE --NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS APPLIES TO PAST AND PRESENT PURCHASES. All direct sale refunds will be processed in 7 - 14 days also. No exceptions. Failure to provide shipping information will result in my inability to issue a refund. NO IN-PERSON DELIVERIES OR TRANSACTIONS WILL BE MADE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I am not responsible for any postal delays during the refund process. Once I have turned over your refund to the USPS, it is then their responsibility to ensure you receive it. Again, you will be provided all necessary information to track your refund.

Shipping
♥ PROCESSING TIME: Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. In addition, first class shipping usually takes 2-5 business days (in the continental US). The postal service will not guarantee a delivery date for items shipped first class. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Custom orders may require extra time to process. We are currently allowing 1-2 weeks for custom orders.

♥ RUSH PROCESSING AND UPGRADED SHIPPING rush processing is not available at this time. Contact me to upgrade to priority or overnight shipping, overnight shipping ranges from $35-$50 depending on the state you live in. If rush processing is requesting, the shipping fees will be adjusted to meet your request.

♥ INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES: are also shipped first class and usually take 2-4weeks to arrive, but may take as long as 6-8weeks to be delivered. ♡ PLEASE NOTE: Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until 8 weeks has passed. If your package has not arrived within 8 weeks please contact me. DaddyzLitleDivaShop is not responsible for handling by USPS or any other entity and will not process refunds for lost items. DaddyzLittleDivaShop will replace lost items, but only after 8 weeks has passed.

♥ DaddyzLittleDivaShop is not responsible for packages once the post office marks them as "in Transit" or "delivered". All packages in the United states come with delivery confirmation, you can add insurance for an additional charge. DaddyzLittleDivaShop does not pay for your insurance. You must request insurance at the time of your order.
*** Packages that are undeliverable due to the incorrect address being given or as a result of a postal error will NOT be refunded for this reason. DaddyzLittleDivaShop is not responsible for refunding items the postal service does not deliver due to address issues. DaddyzLittleDivaShop will send a replacement only. No exceptions will be made for this policy.

♥ Packages will only be shipped to the shipping address you give Etsy or paypal. Because of paypal's policies we are not able to change the mailing address for you. If you are shipping to a gift recipient you will need to edit the mailing address during checkout. If a package is returned, undeliverable, my shop will reprocess and reship according to the address on file and after having made contact with the buyer to confirm delivery information. If delivery fails a second time, a replacement product is then shipped. We make every effort to get your product to your doorstep in a timely fashion.

Cancellation: All sales are final unless cancelled by me for inability to ship, product availability, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the shop owner. Refunds are at my sole discretion and will not be changed for any exception. If an order is cancelled after processing has begun, a $15% restock fee will apply and will take 7-14 business days to process. This will compensate my shop for processing time, labor, and/or revenue. Thanks for understanding.

Custom made orders require a 25% restock fee. This includes any item made to size, any item personalized, or any item that has began processing. All orders are processed within one hour of successful checkout. So be sure of your purchase prior to checkout.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Some products may contain small parts, this can pose a choking hazard. Do not leave small children unattended, while they are wearing any accessories. Safety is super important to me as an entrepreneur and as a mom myself. Please use caution with all products.

**NOTE: I do use products that are purchased from other vendors (charms, clips, clasps, etc). If ever one arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered) I will issue a FREE replacement.
