More on Exchanges

Size exchanges are offered if material is available to do so. Because every piece is made to order its possible I may be out of a specific print. In this case an exchange may be made for a different print of equal or lesser value. Some prints are priced according to size, if exchanging for a larger size, the buyer is responsible for any additional fee for the larger size

Buyer will also be responsible for all additional shipping fees including return shipping & shipping of new item

Exceptions to Exchange & Return Policy

Custom items are not exchangeable
This includes custom ordered prints or custom items made from in-stock prints

RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
If you choose to return a rushed order ONLY the cost of the item will be refunded.

Items that are returned in a condition other then they were shipped in will not be accepted for an exchange. This includes items that show any signs of wash, wear, odor or any other visible difference. Items can be returned to buyer for the cost of shipping or kept by seller. No refunds will be given for any item returned in a condition other than they were shipped in.

While we hope you LOVE your purchase we understand that shopping online can be difficult. We are happy to accept conditional returns

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:
1. RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE This fee covers the cost of business that cannot be regained by reselling an item, such as shipping, packaging, etc.

2. WE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY
Returns made without prior contact will not be accepted nor will returns made after 7 days of delivery

3. ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION THEY WERE SHIPPED

Items returned in any other condition will not be accepted, they will be kept by the seller unless buyer pays for return shipping within 7 days. This includes items that show any signs of wash, wear or odor.

Shipping Policy

We ship all domestic orders USPS First Class Mail for free. Free shipping is only for First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or faster, you may do so for an additional fee. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade shipping.
Daffodils and Cotton is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays or additional fees due to incorrect addresses. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS before ordering. Once a shipping label has been printed I cannot change the address. If an item is returned to sender due to incorrect address a message will be sent to the buyer, who will have 7 days to respond and pay for additional shipping & handling. If additional shipping is not paid within 7 days the order will be fortified with no return given.

International Orders

I strongly recommend all international orders use Priority Shipping or better. Priority Mail offers tracking to *most countries, whereas First Class does not provide tracking once it has left the United States. We cannot guarantee shipping times on First Class International packages. Refunds WILL NOT be given for international packages that take an excessive time to arrive.

Cancellations

I will gladly cancel an order within 24 hours of it being placed, with the exception of ready to ship items and RUSH Orders as these items are frequently packaged up and shipped within the first 24 hours. I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON READY TO SHIP OR RUSH ITEMS.
