Buyer beware: Absolutely horrible experience with this seller. This item was supposed to be shipped by 6/3/13. I contacted the seller via email on 6/16/13 (2 weeks past ship-date) requesting that the shop respond in 1 business day and ship the item. I waited 3 business days and did not receive a response. So I officially reported this issue to Etsy. One week later (as dictated by Etsy): still no response. I've decided to take the next step and seek a resolution (read: refund) through Paypal. Hopefully I'll get my money back. Maybe I'll even get a response from DahlPhaceVintage, but I'm not holding my breath. One thing is for sure: I'll never shop with this seller again.

Accepted payment methods

Note: If paying by money order or personal check, your item will not be shipped until said payment has cleared with my bank. This could take up to 7 - 10 days.
Insurance: Fragile items are insured by default. The quoted shipping cost reflects the added fee for insurance. Insuring non-fragile items is optional, but such a request must be made prior to purchase, so that I'm aware, and so that I may make adjustments to the shipping charge. Please note that adding insurance to non-fragile items are at cost to the purchaser.
* * Dahl Phace Vintage considers any type of glass fragile. Only items made of glass or that contain glass will be insured by default. No other materials will be insured by default. No exceptions.
Packaging: Your items will be carefully packaged to the best of my ability with mostly recycled shipping material. Items will be fully wrapped in bubbled wrap, tissue paper and/or packaging paper and/or newspaper; and placed in a secure box or proper shipping bag/mailer.
Note: When shipping via UPS your items are automatically insured for up to $100.00 US.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: I do not offer refunds at this time. No exceptions.
Exchanges: Majority of the items I sell are OOAK vintage items. Therefore, issuing an exchange is basically impossible.
- I purchase delivery confirmation on all packages. I do this for my records. I will gladly disclose the delivery confirmation number to you as a courtesy. If you don't receive a e-mail from me within a 24 to 48 hours after shipping, please feel free to contact me to ask for the delivery confirmation number.
Please keep in mind that delivery confirmation is a tracking number and doesn't protect you, the buyer, from any loss or damage during transit. As previously stated, if buyer chooses not to insure non-fragile items, the seller will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
