Accepted payment methods
We except Paypal only which guarantee quick shipment. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by credit card through Paypal. Just hit the pay by credit card button after going to Paypal. For more info please visit: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361. If you need assistance with this process, please contact us and I will be happy to guide you.
Please make sure your PayPal shipping address matches your Etsy shipping address as this can delay your order. If you wish us to send your order to a different address please let us know before making your purchase.
To keep costs down, items are shipped without tracking numbers via UK Royal Mail. If you would like a tracking number (parcel can be tracked only within UK unless it's shipped via courier like DHL or FedEx), expedited delivery , insured shipping or International Priority, please convo us before you make your purchase. We will send you a quote for a new price and we will reserve the item for you in a separate listing including the added postage/insurance/courier costs.
Please understand that if you live outside the United Kingdom there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. Sorry, but we have no control or responsibility over these fees.
Shipping time frames:
Shipments are made Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, excluding all UK holidays.
Within UK - up to 7 days
Everywhere else - up to 28 days
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly.
Refunds and Exchanges
In case of damages during shipment we do refunds for item and postage costs.
If you decide you would like to return an item, you must notify us immediately upon receipt, and include the reason for return. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging.
You must ship it back to us within 5 days of receiving the item.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please let us know asap! We want to make things right! This process absolutely requires a picture of the broken item, as it represents proof for us.
Refunds are given after the items is received and inspected.
We do our best to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible but please note that colours do not display accurately on all monitors, so please read description carefully or contact us if You have any concerns.
We ensure that all listed items are described as accurately as possible. Please make sure you read the listing properly according to dimensions and colours. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens.
Handmade jewellery will always be more fragile than industrially made or mass produced items, therefore, the jewellery needs to be handled with care and consideration.
Please do not use feedback as a means of communicating a problem without contacting us first.
