Nothing but good things to say! I had a tight time frame and Jessi was so easy to work with! The dress itself is amazing! The quality is so very good and my 4 year old daughter looked so cute in it for Ren Faire!

I am in love with this little dress. I was a little hesitant at paying so much for it, but it's beautifully made and will fit my daughter (whose name is Kaylee) for years to come. And it's like two dresses in one! So worth it! Got tons of compliments on it at a Comic Con we recently attended, including one from Jewel Staite herself!

I absolutely am in love with the costume that Jessi made. It is wonderful, high quality and way beyond my expectations. The price was very reasonable and it was shipped to me with plenty of time until Halloween. Can't wait for her to wear it to her costume party! Thank you so much!

What is Daily Therapy?
Daily "DIY" therapy is finding the little beautiful things in everyday life that inspire us, and bringing them to light through creative expression.
Like many, I’ve lived much of my life through the foggy lens of depression, anxiety, and other burdens of body and mind. In my few years of living, I’ve realized more and more that sometimes the only way to brighten this dark world is to create your own light.
My light shines brightest when I am creating things for others to enjoy, be it sewing, painting, or even just baking cupcakes for family and friends. Not because I like the praise and credit, but because I like to see them smile. That’s when I feel most alive, most capable. That’s when the clouds of gloom dissipate into sunny skies. Bringing joy to others brings joy back into my own life! It’s a bit of DIY therapy for me.
Each creation is made with care and attention, with your joy in mind. Every time you wear one of my products, my hope is that you will feel beautiful, special, empowered. I hope you will remember to smile a bit more, and find more reasons to smile. I hope it will add a spring in your step as you say to yourself, “TODAY is going to be a special day.” That feeling will spread from you to every being you encounter, and everyone’s day will be just a bit brighter. <3

---"Why so frilly?"---
Many have criticized the overabundance of "princess" products for young girls in the market these days, saying it carries the message that girls must be pretty and passive, while the boys go off and play superhero. It is in no way my intention to encourage such an idea, and I generally don't agree with product genderfication anyways.
The point is: Girls can be superheroes. Girls can also be princesses if they wish. They can even be both at once! I've always considered myself a tomboy with a penchant for pretty dresses. So consider this me living out a childhood dream of being the princess who rescues the prince from the dragon, and playing Superman without forsaking my beloved tutu.
---"Why so expensive?"---
Creating an Ella dress involves multiple days of fabric preparation, careful stitching and hand detailing. Not to mention the thought that goes into designing each one. I do my best to make a product that can stand up to the love and rigor of its tiny wearer.
That being said, I specifically want the price range to be within the reach of a young child, something to save up for or put birthday money towards. One of many ways to make it a special purchase!

I currently DO NOT take custom character-based orders. I do plan to add many more character options as time goes on, so please be patient!
If there is a specific occasion (i.e. theme wedding) for which you are looking for an appropriate dress, please contact me directly and I will do my best to work with your needs and my abilities.
