Daisy Design Shop is my full-time job and I couldn't be happier.

I've been shopping on Etsy since 2007, and when I planned my wedding in 2009, I based the entire event around handmade items. A year later, Daisy Design Shop was born, inspired by the idea that beautiful stationery doesn't have to be outrageously priced. Designing custom stationery for all of life's wonderful events is now my full-time job and I couldn't be happier.

    When I'm not designing or printing stationery, working with animals is one of my favorite things to do. My husband and I own three cats and two Saint Bernards and I volunteer part-time with a dog trainer.

I created Daisy Design Shop as a way to provide affordable handmade paper products for all of life's events. Whether you are getting married, throwing a party, or just need some business cards for your own business, here you can order high-quality personalized paper or digital products with reasonable prices and fast turnaround.

The turnaround time for MOST orders is currently 4-5 business days. Large orders may take 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Rush orders are NOT accepted for specialty invitations or hand-assembled items (pocketfolds, cardstock backers, etc.) since rushing those items leads to mistakes! Contact me to make special arrangements.

By placing an order you agree that you have read and understand the following store policies:

✿ PROOFS & SAMPLES
I am happy to send FREE digital proofs of most of my designs with your preferred text, colors, and fonts. Any other changes to the design will require the purchase of a sample or set.

Once you have purchased a sample or a set of cards, I will email you a proof. Included in the price are FIVE rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will be $5 per revision. Thank you for your understanding!

You are responsible for proofing your text. I will do my very best to catch typos and grammatical errors, but my focus is on the design so I may miss certain errors, especially with names! If an error is discovered after final proof approval, I will happily reprint at-cost but I unfortunately cannot offer free reprints if you approved printing with the error.


✿ REFUNDS & EXPECTATIONS
Once your final proof has been approved, no refunds will be issued for personalized items unless the item does not match the listing description. Physical samples are highly recommended and are the only way to truly see and feel what your finished design will look like.

Colors can vary drastically from one computer monitor to another and cardstock weights can be difficult to understand. Once your final proof has been approved, refunds will not be issued except for craftsmanship or production issues. If a physical sample was not purchased, a refund will not be issued nor will returns be accepted because you are unhappy with the color, the paper, or the printing quality.


✿ PHOTO PRODUCTS
If you are ordering photo table cards or using photographs for any other product, please remember that the print quality will only be as good as the photographs you use! The print quality of professional, high-resolution photos will be much higher than older photos or those taken with point-and-shoot devices. To ensure the best quality products, I reserve the right to refuse photos with poor resolution.


✿ STAYING IN CONTACT
Once you have placed an order, PLEASE be sure to check your Etsy messages, especially if you have purchased a custom item. If I haven't received a response within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled. I don't mind working with you over email if that is your preference, but I will need to hear from you first on Etsy to make sure your email doesn't go into my Spam folder.

I accept Paypal, direct credit card payments, or personal check. If paying with a check, your items will be shipped upon clearance of the check.

All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Tracking is included on all packages shipped within the United States, except single samples.

Please make sure that the address you have listed with Etsy is correct since this is where I will ship your package (unless we have already discussed shipping to a different address).

International Buyers: Import duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Additional policies and FAQs
Daisy Design Shop uses high-quality, 80 lb cardstock (or another paper of your choice) and all items are printed on a commercial grade laser printer. Your satisfaction and the quality of the products you purchase are a priority.

I am happy to make minor edits on any of my existing invitation designs. If you have more than 5 change requests (text/font changes do not count towards this number!) or if you would like a custom design from scratch, an additional fee will apply.
