Hi, thank you for taking a stroll round my shop. I hope you enjoy the items you see.
I make all my items in my pet-free & smoke-free studio and strive to bring you quality handmade items that I would be happy to receive myself.
I am always making more things to list and am happy to take custom orders, so don't hesitate to get in touch :)
I appreciate prompt payment, usually within 48 hours of purchase. Although if there is a reason for your payment to wait a few days, please contact me and I'll wait for the payment. :)
I can accept payment by Paypal or Credit Card using paypal.
If you wish to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account:
-At the checkout, click on the PayPal icon. You will be
redirected to PayPal.
-Click the “I do not have a PayPal account” button and follow the
instructions (you will NOT be required to create an account
to complete the purchase transaction).
**Please be sure that your paypal shipping address is correct when purchasing an item.
Your item will be posted once payment is received and cleared. I post all UK domestic packages by Royal Mail First Class, although you can upgrade to Next day delivery if you need the item in a hurry.
All international orders are shipped first class via Royal Mail International. Due to the nature of first class int'l shipping, I cannot offer delivery confirmation or insurance to customers outside the U.K. Please let me know if you'd prefer to pay extra for ‘Royal Mail Airsure’ which will includes tracking and insurance. Please contact me and I can let you know a revised delivery charge. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note, the customer is responsible for any import duty, etc, that may be relevant to their country
All orders, wherever possible, will usually be despatched within 2 working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment. Please note we are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control such as postal strikes, heightened airport security and the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always much slower. Should an exceptional event happen we will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible.
Please be aware that I am based in the UK and therefore shipping overseas can take time to arrive. Shipping on odd occasions outside of the UK may take longer, up to as much as 4 weeks, however this is not the norm, it is usually very quick, guide delivery times are 3-5 days to Europe and 5-10 days to the US/Australia/New Zealand etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your Daisy Made It item(s) as much as I do. Therefore, if you're unhappy in any way with an item you've ordered, please let me know immediately!
Please contact me to discuss a refund should you require one.
Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt by the buyer. Change of mind and used purchases will not be accepted.
Delivery charges to send back the item are to be paid for by the buyer.
If an exchange is agreed then re-delivery charges will be paid for by Daisy Made It.
