Since all my items are handmade, there will be small variations from the photos in the item descriptions. Physical items are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

I make most physical products when they are ordered. This means that each one will take 3-4 days to complete. If you would like me to confirm how long a specific order will take, or want to know the status of your current order, feel free to message me.

Digital items are available immediately after your purchase, via your confirmation email or your purchases page. If you would like your pattern files in a different format than what is currently available, send me a message and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I accept returns and exchanges only if there is a problem with your order (for example, if I sent you the wrong item or there is a mistake in the design). In this case, please notify me within one week of receiving your order. I will pay the shipping for returning the item, and for sending a new one if you want a replacement.

Once your package is in the mail I’m afraid it is out of my hands. Items damaged or lost in the mail are the responsibility of Canada Post and I do not offer refunds for them. I will, however, do my best to ensure that your order is properly packaged and addressed. If problems arise because of an error on my part, I will resend or replace them free of charge.
Shipping
For physical items, I will ship your order within 2 business days of completing it. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date or in less than 3-4 days per item, let me know before you order and we’ll see if we can work something out.

If you would like tracking information or faster shipping, let me know, but be aware that this will raise the cost of shipping significantly. Registered mail is about $14 on top of regular shipping costs. If you live in Canada or the United States, a two-day delivery (which includes tracking) will cost around $10-$20 extra. Unfortunately, the cost of speedy shipping to other countries is much more expensive – at least $60. Message me for an exact quote if you would like to upgrade your shipping.

Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside of Canada, your purchase may be subject to customs and duties.
