We want you to be truly happy with your purchase, but if for some reason, you are unsatisfied we WILL accept returns, just try and contact us within a 3 days of receipt.

•If there's some sort of damage or problem then please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we'll see if we can do anything to fix it.

•I accept payment through PayPal, Credit Cards and Gift Cards.

•If I receive an e-check through PayPal I will ship your order once it clears.

•I WILL RESERVE for you if asked. A 50% deposit will be required unless otherwise specified. I will reserve your item for 1 week before item is re-listed.

1-3 items will be shipped in a bubble mailer.
4 or more will be shipped in a box.
I do not include invoices with any package, thanks for understanding!

My shipping times are typically 3-5 days.
Shipping time frames are always listed at checkout.

All orders ship from Pearland, Texas and may take approx 3-5 days to arrive (U.S. orders)

International orders may take approx. 2-6 weeks.

I pack orders in the order that are received, If you need something in a rush, or for a gift, please do not hesitate to ask. If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know by convo, or leave a note in the Notes to Seller at checkout.


Orders will be shipped to your Etsy address within 3-5 business days. If you want it shipped elsewhere please let us know. If your mailing address on etsy and paypal differ, we ship to the Etsy address. If you have special shipping instructions, please let us know right away.
****Please verify that your shipping address is correct before ordering. We are not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect shipping address.

TRACKING
Each U.S. shipment comes with a tracking number. You can access your tracking number in the purchases section of your account.

► INTERNATIONAL
•Orders are only trackable with Registered Mail or Express Mail, therefore, unless you have requested an upgrade international orders are NOT guaranteed.
•Orders are shipped First Class. These can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending heavily on the customs delays.
•Registered Mail l is recommended if you are buying many things, because this option is trackable.
•Registered mail is $11.50 extra. Let us know if you would like this option!

•First Class : Takes 3-5 business days to arrive {comes standard, $3.00}
•Priority : Takes 2-3 business days to arrive
•Overnight Express : Next day delivery

► Jewelry Care and Info

**Jewelry tarnished over time by everyday wearing or bathing is not returnable, refundable or replaceable. All plated materials are not solid precious metals and are susceptible to oxidation. Your jewelry is a special handmade piece so please take care accordingly and enjoy! **

• Sterling silver and gold filled can last up to many years if properly cared for.
• Sterling silver is easily cleanable with silver cleaners like Tarn-X, which you can find at your local drug store.

• For long lasting results for ALL jewelry, take off jewelry before showering/swimming/exercising

•Don't store jewelry in direct sunlight

• What is vermeil?
Vermeil has a base of sterling silver, then coated generally with 14K or 24k gold.

► CUSTOM ORDERS
I Loooveee working directly with clients to make custom orders!
But please note that I will not make your custom order until Checkout has been completed.

If you see anything you want in a different color, length, or size contact us and we can try to make it happen. If there's anything you see in the sold that you desire, let us know and we'll re-make it for you. Or if you have an idea but don't see it in the shop, we will love to help design the jewelry of your dreams.
