Dan’s cups, of all the cups out there, are my favorite. Hands down. The work has that extra something that you can’t quite put your finger on. These cups are absolutely the best sippers. Wonderful to feel in the hand, an endearing and subtle energy in the shaping and carving, and a glaze that renders the object more like an artifact. It makes having a special drink that much more special, and a little extra pleasure nowadays goes a long way. Thank you so much, these are spectacular! Can’t wait to see what’s next.

The cups I’m lucky enough to own of Dan’s are easily my favorites. There is a little bit of magic dust in these creations, and the feel in your hands is just spot on unbeatable, somehow seemingly centuries old and brand new at the same time. Perhaps that’s partly due to his aptitude for subtle but magnificent glazing techniques. I only hope I can have a few more of these works of art - unquestionably my go to sippers for a special whiskey. Can’t wait to see what else you think up 🙌
